The atmosphere was silent. A girl was running down the road, panting, with a guy trailing close behind. Suddenly, he grabbed her wrist. Her cheeks were red from continuous crying.

"Leave me," she mumbled through hiccups, struggling in his grip.

"Never," he said, crashing his lips onto hers.

SPLASH!

"WHAT THE HELL!" Kritika screamed, jolting up from her bed to see her devilish friends laughing while clutching their stomachs.

Kritika glared at them, having been so immersed in her dream that she even pouted.

"What a pout, Kriti! Who were you kissing, John Abraham?" Aradhya mocked. Ahana snickered.

"Nope, it was your husband," Kritika snapped. She jumped off the bed, making the girls panic.

"You messed with Kritika Rai. I won't spare you both easily." She ran after them, holding her chappal. Aradhya and Ahana showed their puppy faces while running. After a run-and-chase game, Kritika caught Aradhya's wrist.

"Now, where will you go, Aru?" Kritika taunted, raising her chappal at her friend. Aradhya's eyes widened. She gulped and smiled sweetly.

"Sorry, sorry! Please don't hit me. I promise I won't do it again," Aradhya pleaded, pinching her throat. Giving a curt nod, Kritika released her hold and moved away.

"Kriti, what did you really see?" Ahana asked, bringing a sweet smile to Kritika's lips.

"Um, today my dream boy was about to kiss me, but this devil Aradhya destroyed it," Kritika said, glaring at her.

"Oh, I'm really sorry, but koyi baat nahi, next time your dream will be even better," Aradhya said, hiding her mischievous smile. Kritika looked puzzled.

"Um, matlab?"

"Matlab, your first night with my jiju," Aradhya said and laughed. Kritika's face turned red at the shameless comment. She threw a pillow at Aradhya.

"Oh, my baby is angry," Aradhya cooed. Kritika glared and grabbed another pillow, making Aradhya shut her mouth.

"Whatever, but Kriti, don't you think this dream boy stuff is fake?" Ahana commented, scrunching her nose.

"For you, maybe. But I believe in it. I'm sure that one day God will show me my true soulmate, my life partner, and I'm eagerly waiting for that day," Kritika exclaimed with a shy smile and twinkling eyes.

"Kriti..." Ahana's words were interrupted by the ringing of her phone.

"Hello, Ma," she answered.
"What? Really? Okay, I'm coming. Bye." She hung up and started jumping around excitedly. Aradhya and Kritika exchanged puzzled looks.

"Ahana, stop jumping. Now tell us why you're so excited," Kritika demanded. Ahana rushed over and hugged her tightly.

"Kriti, Aru, I'm so happy," Ahana squealed, smiling widely.
