During the attempts to get Hermes car out of the parking lot, they crashed a lot...but they had fun doing it. They had little to no time left to retrieve the bolt. Lacy had gotten most of her memory back, so did Grover. She was glad Percy didn't let her go with that boy because gods knew what could've happened.

Aphrodite thanked Percy for protecting her daughter. She didn't show her gratefulness yet though she had an idea to what could be a gift of gratitude.

Soon they arrived to the beach where Poseidon promised to meet his son. Percy was clearly nervous. He had never met this man before, and he was supposed to call him dad?

"Percy, we are all here for you. Don't be nervous." Lacy told the boy as she took him in a warm embrace. Her comforting smell made everything seem a bit better. "Okay, wish me luck guys!" Percy smiled as he walked into the sea.

"You guys really think poseidons gonna show?" Lacy asked, she didn't trust the god of the sea very much. "I'm sure he will, he told Percy himself no?" Answered Grover, trying to calm the girl down a bit.

"I don't think he will if I'm being honest." Annabeth added. "He hasn't shown up for Percy at all in his entire life, I doubt he'll show up here." Annabeth felt bad for the blonde boy, she knew what it was like to be neglected by your parent.

"Let's just wait and hope for the best." Lacy said trying to lighten up the mood, everyone seemed a bit worried. Grover looked at the girls and smiled.

"He wasn't there. He gave me these pearls though." Percy said as he walked out of the ocean. Athena's Daughter, Aphrodites daughter and The Saytr looked at each other with sadness in their eyes. They felt sympathy for the poor boy.

"Oh, Percy I'm so sorry." Lacy croaked out. She didn't know what it was like to be neglected. Everyone had shown her love and admiration her entire life.

"No it's my fault for getting my hopes up anyway. We need to go to the underworld now. We have no time to waste." Percy warned. Everyone ran to Hermes car and they began to head towards their destination.

They soon arrived at their destination, it was a mattress store. Lacy did not want to enter due to the fact Grover didn't want to enter too. She didn't want leave her best friend alone. "You guys go ahead me and Grover will stay on the look out!" Lacy quipped. Percy and Annabeth looked at each other. "Okay Lacy whatever you say." Annabeth teased. She knew Lacy was scared of what was to go down in the store.

The Saytr and the brunette waited for the pair to come out, after a while Grover went to see if it was over. "Lacy let's go." Grover motioned the girl to come inside with them. She came in and saw an old man wrapped up in a mattress. "What the tartus happened.." Lacy laughed the old man looked at her in awe. She was soon disgusted by the man.

The group made their way to the entrance and began their journey towards hades palace.

"What Disney ride are they going to?" Lacy giggle. Percy obviously laughed, Annabeth rolled her eyes. "That's the river styx, where dead people go." Lacy's smile dropped. "Way to ruin the mood Annie." She said as she walked away. "You don't even know where we're going." Annabeth remarked. "Lead the way then." Lacy hissed.

Percy and Grover watched the too girls fight, sort of. They all made their way and started cutting through the line. "This feels wrong." Grover vacillated. "It fine." Percy said squeezing through people. "Pardon" "excuse me" Annabeth and Lacy said as they made their way through the line of dead people.

"Hi we need a ride on your boat." Percy asked the man, he had a whistle around his neck. "You can have drachmas, or money, maybe both?" Percy laughed nervously. The strange man blew his whistle. "You can buy a new whistle?" Lacy joked.

They heard the ground rumble, and felt the ground shake. Grover turned around and saw the Cerberus. They all ran away and attempted to escape it. "Guys this is gonna mess up my hair!" Lacy whined. She wanted to look at least a bit presentable to go meet hades. "No ones going to care about your hair if you die!" Annabeth yelled out as they ran. Lacy made an offended face and scoffed. "Guys I don't think we have time to argue about hair when we could become chew toys!" Grover yelled. "What he said!" Percy yelled back.

Annabeth pulled some trick to mess with the Cerberus and managed to make the three-headed dog calm down. "Okay miss ceaser millan" Lacy chuckled. "Who is that?" Annabeth asked dusting her clothes. "Nevermind honey bunch." Lacy smiled.

"Annabeth where did you learn how to do that?"  Percy asked catching his breath. "My dad had a dog, I guess I just remembered a few tricks." She smiled. Grover looked worried. "Guys as much as I hate to ruin this bonding moment we need to go." Lacy looked up to see a tall wall blocking their way. It was too tall to climb. "How the flip are we going to get up there?" Lacy asked.

"Grover, use your shoes to take up each." Annabeth said, she came up with that plan in seconds. "Okay, I guess, Lacy first because Aphrodite would kill me if I didn't let her go first." Grover replied. "Why thanks." Lacy quipped sarcastically. Grover took each of them with the shoes Luke had given Percy as a gift. They made it up and began to walk through a forest.

"Why is it low key scary.." Lacy remarked. "You can hold my hand if you want- or not that's fine too," Percy said nervously. "Okay!" Lacy responded as she intertwined their fingers and walked together. Suddenly, Percy bumped into someone. "Oh my bad-" Percy apologized before stopping and getting a bit scared of the thing/person that was in front of him.

"They can't hear you" Annabeth told Percy  "What the hell is that Grover?" Lacy asked. Instead of Grover responding Annabeth answered "their souls bound here by regret."

"That must suck. Can't relate thought." Lacy smiled. "Show some empathy Venus." Annabeth warned. "Let's continue this discussion somewhere else because we need to go." Percy interrupted. They all started to walk away but Annabeth fell. Her foot interlocked with a vine.

"Annie!"yelled out. Her dearest friend was stuck here. Bound by regret. But what could Annabeth regret? "Lacy go! You guys don't have much time." Annabeth exclaimed. "I am not leaving without you." Lacy sobbed. "Lacy please go I have my pearl. I'll see you soon. I promise." Annabeth pleaded with the girl. Tears streaming down her face slowly. Lacy sniffled and nodded as their pinky's intertwined.

The trio walked off into a distance. Grover realized that he hadn't seen his pearl in a while. "I lost my pearl." Grover said out of no where. "What?" Lacy stammered. "I lost my freaking pearl." Grover panicked. "I am so sorry Percy. I am the worst person to" Grover worried. "Grover stop, we'll find a solution. Everyone is going back." Percy interfered. He gave him his pearl. Grover didn't want to accept it but reluctantly gave in.

They arrived at hades palace and went to see the lord of darkness.
