Baby Sua || Straykids Family Fic

~chapter 13~

The first to leave was Chanmin. They had to get Yejun to sleep. He was especially cranky after not having his usual nap. They both kissed Sua and told her happy birthday once more. And said bye to everyone else. Seungmin pulled Han aside. Despite being so tough on him earlier, he congratulated him about the baby and mentioned that he was there if he needed to talk before giving him a hug and catching up to Chan. It was rarely seen, Seungmin being openly compassionate, so he appreciated him for that.

Felix didn't want to leave, but his pregnancy had other plans. He was exhausted, to the point where he could fall asleep right there on Hyunjin's insanely comfortable couch, so they left next. Changbin made sure to pack some of the food for him and Felix, not resisting taking a few cupcakes as well. He made Jeongin help carry them to his car while he helped Felix get up. They both said happy birthday to Sua again, and she leaned up and kissed Felix's belly, which warmed his heart. Before they walked out, Han walked out with them.

"Changbin, give me a second," Felix said, shooing him away. While he held Han's hand. He was about to say something but decided against it as he started to walk towards the car. Felix watched and made sure he was at a safe distance before turning back to Han. "Hannie, I am so happy for you," he softly said, looking deeply into his eyes so he could understand his sincerity.

"I promise everything will be okay. You're the best dad. Sua loves you so much, and so will this little one," he continued, moving his hand to his stomach. "And if you're worried about Minho, which I know you are. He loves you so much, we all know it, he'll be so happy to have another baby with you." Han hated how smart Felix was, being able to understand situations he was struggling himself to understand. He was the best friend anyone could ask for; nobody was like him. Han didn't say anything; he just leaned in and gave Felix the biggest hug possible.

"Thank you," Han softly said, laying his head on his shoulder.

"Of course," Felix said as he pulled away. Grabbing Han's face and gently kissing his forehead. "Make sure you keep me updated," Felix said before he called Changbin.

"I will." Han smiled and nodded his head.

"Bye, I love you," Felix smiled back as Changbin helped him down from the porch.

"Love you too." he watched as they walked down the well-lit path before retreating into the house.

He went over to Minho, who was sitting on the couch and sat on his lap. Minho wrapped his arms around his stomach, holding him firmly against his chest. He softly smiled at him as he gently pressed their lips together. Then he looked over to Sua and Hyunjin, who were playing together. Jeongin quickly came back immediately, jumping in with the two. And to anyone else, it might've looked like they were one little happy family.

"What if I said you could spend the night??" Hyunjin said as he laid on his back, Sua sitting on top of his stomach. That infectious smile creased her lips as she jumped up with excitement.

"Daddy, please," She pouted, battering her long eyelashes at him. Something she must've learned from Hyunjin.

"Yeah, Daddy, please," Hyunjin asked, copying her. Minho rolled his eyes as he looked at Hyunjin, but he couldn't help but smile looking at Sua's pleading face. Just like Han, he couldn't tell her no.

"Anything you want," he softly said, placing his hand on her cheek and kissing her forehead. Her excitement made them all laugh as she leaned in to hug Minho before running back and jumping on Hyunjin. He let out a deep laugh as she landed on his stomach before flipping her over and ticking her relentlessly, smothering her in kisses. He really did adore her so much.

"Now I have you all to myself," Minho teased, whispering in Hans' ear as he leaned back against the couch. Pulling him back into his lap. He blushed at the lowness of his voice, knowing exactly what he meant. The tightness of his hands around his stomach gave him butterflies. Smiling as he gripped his hands tightly over his, falling deeply into his embrace. ~~
