Baby Sua || Straykids Family Fic

~chapter 14~

It was comforting just watching the two play with Sua. You could tell how much Hyunjin loved and cared for her, not having his own kids. And Jeongin, too. Sua could really play all night long, fighting against her tiredness. Han was the same way, yawning three times in the span of 10 minutes.

"I think we should go," Minho finally said before he could finish another yawn. "Come here, beautiful," he said as he unwrapped his arms around Han. Sua quickly ran over to him, jumping up into his lap. Minho smiled as he gave her the biggest hug and a million tiny kisses. "Happy birthday, my perfect little girl,"  he said between his kisses. "You'll be good for Uncle Hyunjin and Jeongin."

"Uh-huh," she giggled, nodding and hugging him tighter.

"Good, I love you so much," he said, kissing her head and smiling as he pulled away.

"I love you," she softly said before throwing herself into Hans' arms.

"You're getting too big," he giggled as he held her in his arms. "Did you like the party?" he softly asked, brushing his hand gently through her hair.

"Yes," she happily answered, smiling as she laid her head against his stomach and rubbed her hand against his belly like she did before.

"I'm glad," he softly smiled. "We'll see you tomorrow, okay??" Sua nodded as he leaned down and kissed her cheek, getting carried away and also giving her a million kisses.

"Okay, Sua. Let's go pick out some pj's," Jeongin said, standing up from the floor and reaching out to her.

"Bye baby, I love you," Han said, giving her one last kiss and helping her to the floor. Immediately grabbing onto his hand and walking with him to her room.

"Thanks again for letting us have the party here," Han said, looking over at Hyunjin.

"Of course, you know how much I love that girl," he laughed as he started to help Minho pack up her gifts.

"But still, thank you," Minho added. Hyunjin smiled back as they finished cleaning everything up and helped walk everything to their car. He hugged them both bye, watching them get in before running back to the house.

He started closing the door, jumping when Jeongin loudly called out to him from the bathroom.

"Yeah, what's wrong??" he said as he ran down the hall to Jeongin, who was bent down in front of the sink. He stood up, holding the box in his hands, not taking his eyes off of it. He took a second to find the right words.

"Jeongin," Hyunjin softly said.

"Are you...no, you can't be... are you..."

"No, I'm not," Hyunjin laughed at his confused tone. He couldn't help but notice the hurt in his voice. Jeongin was very restrictive, but he always knew how much he cared, even with the lack of reassurance. 

"But it's positive," Jeongin continued, doubly shaking his head.

"Babe, I promise I'm not pregnant," he said, taking the box out of his hands.

"I know I'm not as open-"

"I know," Hyunjin softly laughed, putting his finger under his chin. Gently lifting his head and pushing their lips together. Jeongin smiled as he moved his hands to his face, pulling him deeper into the kiss. Interrupted by Sua pulling at Hyunjin's pants leg. He laughed as he pulled away, turning to her holding up her clothes to him.

"She's definitely telling Minho," he mumbled to himself as he took the clothes from her and then picked her up. "Bath time!!" he excitedly said, tickling her belly. Jeongin sat on the edge of the tub as he started the water.

"Wait, but who's pregnant then??" Jeongin questioned, looking back at Hyunjin. ~~
