"Tell me again how much you missed me" I say straddling Paige. "I didn't" "I miss you like crazy, im tweaking without you, bouncing off walls I'm going insane wi-" "Okay that's enough" she laughs. 

"These are top notch views to downtown" I say looking out the window of her apartment. "D1 player obviously gets the best" she says cockily" "I got asked to prom right there" I says and she blankly stares back at me.

"I can't believe you had a life before me without me" "how'd you like my mom?" I ask as she and the whole team had been invited to a dinner party by my mother. "Love her both were really sweet also your house was really nice and your sister was sweet and Cleo she's the cutest" she ends referring to our golden doodle.

"Yeah they're all so sweet including Cleo I love my Cleo" I say thinking back to the dog who's probably laying in front of my bedroom door waiting for me. "Are you ready for the game tomorrow?" I ask she nods in disagreement.

"I can't- I'm not prepared enough I feel like I've been slacking or something" she groans throwing her head back. I lean forward and kiss her to shut her up and trail down with kisses.

"Maddie" she groans I pop up back to her level "hi" I smile pressing my lips onto hers for a gentle peck. "I want to tell you to not worry so much but at the same time I know it's a major deal to you but I can tell you to shut up for now" I giggle laying by her side.

"Yes ma'am" Paige laughs "we're back with snacks" I hear kk loudly burst through the door with nika following. "It feels so nice out" Nika says laying besides me. "Yeah it's so warm out" kk adds.

"Are you staying the night?" Nika asks sitting up "yeah I don't want to be late I also don't want to get stressed out by parents on getting ready" "your mom is so funny" kk laughs "mm she tries to be a cool mom" I shrug.

"She is a cool mom she's sweet" I correct myself "you brought your stuff?" She asks "yeah I put it all in that backpack right there" I say pointing to the desk. "Okay cmon let's watch this movie before it gets late tomorrow is a rough one" Paige says.

Nika looks up at me causing me to shrug at Paige's nerves that wouldn't calm themselves.
