Chapter 11🔞

Team Urameshi and Team Daywalker arrived at the island and headed inside of the Kubikukuri hotel. They looked around to see all the wealthiest people. Some are part of the tournament's committees. Lessy and Mina noticed right away that vampires are among them. Ashe stood right behind the masked fighter, and Lessy and Mina stood right in front of them.

"Um, guys. What's going on here," Kuwabara nervously asked as he saw the formation change.

"Just all of you stay close to us until we get a room." Lessy glares straight ahead to their destination.

Kurama and Hiei noticed quickly and moved closer to the group. They all went inside their assigned room, Ashe locked and sealed the door behind him.

Kuwabara lay Yusuke's sleeping body on the couch. "Guys, what's happening down there? Why the sudden protection of us? Not that I don't appreciate it."

Lessy sat down on the chair. "There are vampires among this building. Hiding in plain sight. You can barely tell the difference these days."

Mina sat between Kurama and Hiei. "We can tell by the way they move and smell.  I suggest you not go out by yourself at night."

Ashe looks at his sister and Lessy, "You girls need some help?"

"Nah. We don't have enough energy to deal with them, big brother. We need a good plan to kill them off before anyone else could become suspicious."

Kurama nodded his head. "She's right. It would only be a matter of time before they know that we're here."

They heard a knock on the door. The room service brought them drinks and left the room. Kuwabara brought his own drink, believing that the drinks were poison.

Kurama looked at Lessy with concern, "My love. Are you hungry right now?"

Lessy looked back at her beloved, silently telling him later and picked up her cup. She noticed that one that belonged to Yusuke was missing. The two teams turned around and spotted a kid drinking out of Yusuke's cup.

He introduced himself as Rinku of team Rokorukai. Taunting the team on how they won't stand a chance against him and his team in the first match tomorrow. Rinku's team leader, Zeru, took him to their own suite, but not before he used his fire power to snap the cup in two. Unfortunately, that didn't fazed Yusuke's sleeping form.

Mina shook her head, not impressed by it, and she couldn't blame Yusuke for one second. She snickered at her train of thought.

Lessy heard her girlfriend. "Something on that sweet mind of yours?

Mina smirked. "Okay. I'm pretty sure that we all be thinking about that one question in mind about this Zeru. "

Kurama was about to sip his coffee.

"Why does his hair look like Bert off of Sesame Street?"

Kurama spits out his coffee, and Hiei snickers with that question. Lessy and Kuwabara were laughing, and the masked fighter had to cough to cover the laughter. Ashe shook his head, laughing.

Kuwabara wiped out the tears from his eyes, "I was not ready for that part. That was hilarious."

Lessy calms down. "Yeah, that was absolutely funny. *sighs* I don't know about you guys, but we got a big day tomorrow. The three of us don't know who our opponents are yet."

Ashe stood up from his chair. "Lessy is right. Especially when one of them is strong. We need to be careful. I bid you all good night, and good luck."

Kurama bid him good night as well, "Same to you, Ashe."
