It was evening and almost everyone was about to have dinner when Jai walked into the Sharma Mansion and completely forgot that for about a month he had not visited the mansion and was moving towards the stairs completely unaware of his surroundings when looked forward his dad was coming down from the stairs and his mom called him
"So you finally did realise you have home too" she taunted and his dad passed by him patting him on shoulder as if warning him to be prepared
"Mumma..." That all he managed to say when she interrupted him
" I'll not listen to any of your excuses today..what is wrong with you huh, you don't talk to me or your dad.. what's going on in your life" she commanded
"Arey aap faaltu ki tension le rahe ho...all is fine and good" he reassured her as he came forward to hug her(you're just thinking too much.. everything is good )
"Dekh kya haal kar liya hai..ankho ke neeche kaale gheere aa gaye hain, kuch khata Peeta bhi nahi tha kya acche se, huh!!?" She said looking at him with concern (look what have you done to yourself...these dark circles, i doubt if you've been even eating well)
"It's just work related stress maa, Don't worry " he said
"Ek baat bata? Itni acchi hai kya woh?" she asked and as if it hit his nerves (Tell me one thing? Is she really that good?)
" What do you mean? I don't get it" he replied pretending to not know anything
"Oh i get everything.. you're my child I get what's going on with you but taken how you're so against meeting girls that I set you up with..I bet she's special" she said smiling and Jai looked at his father glaring him
"Don't look at me... she's my wife and we are your parents..we have eyes too" he said to n a teasing tone
"You guys are just so irritating and whatever you're thinking is absolutely wrong" saying this he comes to his room and after freshing up he takes his phone and finally messages her
