CHAPTER7|AVERY STIRLING
Now I love a good party or two but this party specifically for me was not something I enjoyed. Besides everyone having fun I was not quite pleased with how this turned out. I thought I was problem free and was gonna get drunk and dance with my best friend but turns out her fiance and my boyfriend were in town. Yay
Not yay..Nay
And they were invited by Roni which I wasn't aware of until Jaxon told Quinn and she told me. Now I'm sitting at the bar grabbing my tenth shot of tequila and honestly I'm sure I've lost count. My legs felt like jelly as I walked to the dance floor and I think I've been bumped into so many times to the point my shot glass was empty already without me even drinking from it. Maybe that's a good thing
Before I submerged myself into a dancing crowd I made sure Quinn could see where I was just in case something happened. When I looked her way she already had my eyes on me as she took a sip of whatever she had in her cup. Possibly a bloody Mary
"Let's party, people!"I yelled from the top of my lungs until they were scorching. Jumping up and down I swing my head side to side letting my hair swing around, probably slapping people in the face but I could care less. Dancing was my type of fun
My hands flew in the air as I began swaying my hips to the upbeat music that blasted through the speakers. I felt eyes on me from multiple different directions but I didn't let it bother me. I just continued to stay in my own world. Before I knew it my eyes flew open and in front of me was my best friend. I couldn't believe Estella was here
The girl's blonde hair was so long I was sure by the time I published this book it'd be touching the ground. Smiling she didn't even wait a second before she flew into my arms and squeezed me so tight I thought she would accidentally commit a murder
Letting me go she still had that bright smile plastered onto her face,"Stella tell me you're here to have fun because Q over there doesn't want to dance." I pout before pointing at our caring and loving best friend who stood in a corner standing by her fiance who talked to my boyfriend
The song changes and I catch a change in Quinn's facial expressions. 'EEnie Meenie' by Justin Bieber played on the speakers and before I knew it she was over here in seconds grabbing me and Estellas hands and we were dancing in a matter of no time. Believe it or not this was our favorite song. Our song
We'd listened to this the very first time we all hung out together and we all realized how much we loved it as a group and rom there on out we played it during our carpools, in each other's houses, and sometimes we used to play it at the hockey house to piss of the boys. Spinning in circles we all giggled happy to be in each others presence
Letting go of their hands I find a table top and without thinking get on top to dance to the song. No one judged me, they all cheered me on as I swayed my hips to the song. Hopping onto the tables on both sides of me Quinn and Estella join me
"Posse without the Jockey's." I shout before taking a picture of us and sending it to the group chat. The lights were blinding me at this point. I hadn't realized how much I'd drank until now. My head was spinning as I looked around at everyone having drinks and dancing all around us. Quinn and Estella were in their own world while I stood here just glancing around. Blue and purple lights flashed into my eyes causing me to squint and put my hands over my face
In a few seconds I'd be blind if those lights weren't off. I had to get down. My head hurt so bad I thought it'd explode in a matter of time. Sticking my foot out I go to put it on the ground but slip a shriek left my mouth from the sudden fall but arms wrapped around me. Opening my eyes I peak up and those emerald eyes were on me
