Chapter 12

Ginny-

Today was the day. Caitlyn had been so excited about today that she counted down the days. And it had finally arrived. Today she was going to marry Seamus Finnigan. Her insides had been bursting with excitement. She stood in the mirror and watched as her elegant crystal white dress flowed downwards. She twirled and smiled as the dress followed her. It was a simple but yet beautiful dress and she adored it so much, just like she adored Seamus and Seamus adored her.

Ginny stood in the doorway watching Caitlyn gaze at her dress. Ginny smiled as she knew that she would be standing in that exact position one day. Caitlyn then turned around.

"I didn't know you were there," she smiled.

"I was just thinking how excited you were about today." Ginny replied smiling.

"To be honest, I'm really nervous." Caitlyn laughed slightly.

"I understand, but just think about it, in under 3 hours you're going to be married."

"I guess when you put it like that, it sounds amazing."

"Mum wants to know if you have everything ready." Caitlyn elder sister Bella walked into the room.

"Tell her to stop worrying about me, I'm fine." Caitlyn rolled her eyes.

"Ok, ok chill out." Bella replied and walked out the room.

"I swear my mum becomes the most fussiest person sometimes." Caitlyn half laughed.

"You think your mum's bad, have you met mine?!" Ginny chuckled a little.

"I know what you mean." Caitlyn laughed.

"Lover boy is head over heels for you Caitlyn." The voice of Alexis Winslow soon-to-be Graves entered the room.

"Don't you think I already know that." Caitlyn rolled her eyes.

"Just stating the facts. I have to be the weird one out of all of us. Lets just say it lightens us up." Alexis smirked.

"What?" Ginny half laughed.

"Whatever." Alexis rolled her eyes at her best friend.

"I don't think you made sense there." Caitlyn laughed.

"I never make sense." Alexis shrugged.

"Well that's something we can all agree on." Ginny agreed.

Alexis nodded like a kid obeying her mothers instructions. The signal came for them to go and they all went downstairs. Everyone gasped at how beautiful Caitlyn looked. Ginny walked to where the ceremony was.

This was it. It was time to get this show on the road.

2 hours later and everyone was happy. Caitlyn and Seamus were married and were so pleased with how everything went. Seeing them happy made Ginny happy. The war had proven some tough challenges for everyone and it was always happy to see success at the end.

Everything had continued into the night. Music was playing and everything was just perfect.

Let's hope it would stay that way.

The sun shone down on the world brightening up everything in its path. Now that Caitlyn's wedding was over, she now decided to organise Ginny's wedding. Ginny laughed at her best friend. Ever since Caitlyn had come to Hogwarts, her bubbly attitude had developed, mainly because she had been influenced by Alexis. But still, her bright determination to achieve a goal was so amazing and Ginny couldn't have asked for a better best friend.

Friends were the most important thing in her life. That and her husband to be Harry Potter.

Ginny Weasley couldn't have asked for a better life after the war. A new adventure was about to begin. It was just around the corner. Waiting to be unwrapped.

Sorry, its taken me so long to update. I've just finished school and everything's been a bit exciting because I have been waiting for summer for what feels like ever! Also, I've had a bit of writers block. But I've managed to get over it! Sorry it's a short chapter but I've got some new storylines planned up so prepare for that!
