Zhanghao chuckled as he moved his phone from his shoulder to his other shoulder. He turned around and dished out the meal he had made.

"Yeah we're about to have dinner" Zhanghao said, placing plates on the table.

"Xie! Dinner's ready. Come down!" Zhanghao yelled and walked back to the dining room. He sat on a chair and switched his call to a video call.

"Ouu you look good" Zhanghao said and Hanbin proudly smiled as he flexed his muscles. He chuckled and looked back in the mirror and he put on his tie.

Zhanghao rested his head on his hand, watching Hanbin. "Have you had breakfast? Don't go to work on an empty stomach" He worriedly said.

"I have had breakfast Hao, You don't have to worry about me" Hanbin said and wore his jacket. He leaned forward to the mirror as he brushed his hair backwards.

Zhanghao sighed. "How can I-—

"Dad!" Zhanghao flinched when he felt his daughter's hands on his shoulders. He rubbed his chest, clicking his tongue as he glared at Xie.

"Yah, Stop sneaking up on me" Zhanghao said and she chuckled, placing a peck on his cheek. She turned and looked at Hanbin.

"Dad, are you going to work now?" Hanbin turned with a broad smile when he saw Xie.
"Yes, Look at me, don't I look good?" Hanbin asked, posing for Xie.

"Hah Dream on!" She said and Hanbin's eyes widened. "Wha— you little- just wait, when I get back I'll pay you back for all the teases"

Xie giggled out loud hearing Hanbin's words.
"Look, we're having your favorite Dad" Xie said as she sat down, showing Hanbin her plate.

"Oh my gosh, why don't I just fly over?" Hanbin dramatically said and Xie clicked her tongue scoffing making Hanbin laugh.

Hanbin looked at his wristwatch. "Alright, I have to leave now" Hanbin said and Zhanghao rested his head on his hand sighing.

"Don't sigh Hao, I'll call you guys in the morning"
Hanbin said and Xie moved her face closer to Zhanghao as she looked at Hanbin.

"Mm okay dad, we'll be waiting" She said waving at him as she smiled. Hanbin waved back at her and looked at Zhanghao once he took the phone to his face.

"Do quick and come back Hanbin, we miss you"
Zhanghao said and Hanbin nodded.

"Very soon hao"

Zhanghao rubbed his temples, sighing as he sipped his wine. "I'm not in the mood for that Chenle"

Chenle groaned in frustration. "Look at you, you're always at home. You're always bored, let's just have some fun" Chenle said and Zhanghao shook his head.

"Going out doesn't mean just going out Chenle.
I can go out with you but to the club? That's a no"
Zhanghao said and gulped down his wine. He stood up and Chenle followed him.

"Just tomorrow. Only once. There's nothing there. I'll be with you" Zhanghao shook his head still.

"I'm married Chenle, A place like that's not meant for married people like me. Sorry Chenle, go with someone else" Zhanghao said and sat on the couch.

Chenle rubbed his head groaning. "My gosh, you just don't understand do you? You're boring your life away. Do you think your husband would like that? Have some fun"

"I can't leave Xie all alone at night—

"She's thirteen Hao. Besides she's not alone, the maid's around. She can keep her company" Chenle said and Zhanghao kept quiet as he rubbed his temples.

"Gosh Chenle, I said no" He said and Chenle clicked his tongue. "Fine. I was just trying to help 'cause seeing you at home all the time..it's not a pleasing sight"

Zhanghao just kept quiet and turned on the tv.

It wasn't the first time nor the second time Chenle had asked him to go out. He would always oppose and stay at home. He's wealthy, Hanbin is, he provides for all their need not giving Zhanghao room to work.

Ever since they got married, Zhanghao had almost forgotten what it felt like to work as Hanbin had it all. What ever he or Xie wanted, Hanbin would quickly provide without questions.

He was at first against Hanbin's decision but as years passed, he got used to the life.
Wake up, Call Hanbin, Make breakfast for Xie, Send her off to school, stay at home, while away time and repeat.

It wasn't the best life but he was ready to put up with it as long as his family remains as happy as it currently is.
