"Alpha,"

Everyone turned to the anxious voice.
The warrior looks back and forth between Ash and Hayley. "Alpha, Daciana is awake but we are struggling to keep her in her room. She is kicking up a fuss. She keeps asking for the girl who saved her. She is afraid you might do something to the girl."

Ash glared at Hayley, wishing he could just make her disappear. He was not at all pleased to hear his sister was now looking for this girl. Hayley caught his stare and shrugged her shoulders as though she had nothing to do with it all. To infuriate him more she tilted her head and smirked. "What Alpha. I didn't do anything why are you looking at me like that?"

"Rodi!" Ash screamed out.

"Yes, Alpha."

"You go with Tobias and take three warriors with you. Take this girl to my sister. Don't let her out of your sight. I will be there shortly."

"Yes, Alpha."

"Let go of me!" Daciana screamed at the warrior who held her. Her feet kicked in the air as she struggled to get out of his hold.

"Please, Miss. Crest. You still haven't healed." The warrior was at a loss. He was scared to let her go and also scared he would tear her wound open. The only thing he could do was hold onto her hoping someone would come and help him.

"I don't give a crap. If my brother so much as touches a hair on that girl's head I'm going to..." she stopped when the door was pushed open. Hayley witnessed this scene and raised an eyebrow. Daciana immediately stopped struggling upon seeing Hayley. With widened eyes, she looked Hayley up and down making sure she was not hurt. "You! I thought- I thought..."

"What? You thought the big bad wolf would eat me alive?" Hayley tilted her head amused by this girl's reaction.

Daciana pushed the warrior away and straightened her clothes as she looked back at Hayley, "Uhm, Yeah something like that."

Tobias cleared his throat not pleased by Hayley's remark. Their Alpha was to be talked about with the utmost respect and not in such a mocking manner. The tension in the room felt suffocating.

"Uhm! Excuse me. What is going on here? This is a hospital." A man's voice called out as he pushed through the warriors that were blocking the door. When he entered the room and noticed everyone inside he looked furious. "What are you all doing? Miss. Crest needs to rest. This room isn't big enough for you all."

Hayley looked at the man in the white coat and noticed he must be in his late thirties.

"EVERYONE OUT! Miss. Crest, what are you doing? I only left for five minutes and this room has turned into this. Why are you out of bed?" He walked to Daciana and ushered her back in bed.

When Daciana woke up and only noticed the two warriors. The only thing she could think about was what her brother was doing to the girl. She knew her brother did not look kind upon other supernaturals. The pain she previously felt instantly vanished and all she could think about was that girl, but now that the girl was fine and standing in front of her. Daciana felt her limbs going numb and the pain instantly surface.

"Please leave all of you!" The doctor said again.

"Not her. She can stay!" Daciana quickly said as she motioned to Hayley before the doctor could usher her out.

"Fine, but the rest of you out."

Tobias looked with a furious expression at Hayley as though he could stare her to death. He did not make any attempt to move. He folded his arms in front of his chest. The doctor looked at Thobia's action and felt a headache approaching.

He knew Tobias' temper too well and could only sigh. "Tobias even though you are a warrior, in here I am in charge and this is my territory. You got no say in here so if you are going to cause a scene I will throw you out."
Tobias only stood rooted and stared out in front of him ignoring the doctor.

Rodi left with the other warriors, leaving only Hayley and Tobias behind with Daciana.

Daciana kept her eyes on Hayley as though she was afraid Hayley would disappear if she closed her eyes.
Tobias's eyes also never left Hayley. He was on guard ready to pounce on her at any second if she did anything wrong.

"Come on now, lay down."
Hayley said as she pulled a chair next to the bed. Before she sat down she stared down at Daciana. Daciana caught the meaning behind Hayley's stare and quickly complied. She lay down like an obedient child. Hayley chuckled inside, finding the girl's actions amusing. She covered Daciana and sat down.

"Why are you still staring at me like that?" Hayley asked.

Daciana felt strange. She could not shake the feeling inside of her. She felt drawn to this girl and she did not know why. "My name is Daciana Crest Thank you for saving me." Daciana quickly spoke up.

Hayley shrugged her shoulders. "You came across my path. No biggie. I'm Hayley."

A sweet smile crossed Daciana's face. "You won't leave me right."

"Look like I'm stuck here for a while, so nope. Unfortunately, I am staying here for a while."

Daciana looked pleased by her words. "Don't worry I will protect you here."

Hayley smiled. No one has ever said those words to her. She found this girl to be quite interesting. "Rest up now or you won't be able to do that."

The girl quickly nodded and closed her eyes.
