The Yagi household suddenly began to look like the scene of a gruesome murder; not that the truth was far off.
Police cars were parked outside the house while the inhabitants were outside being taken into a police car. On the inside, a few police officers led by Tsukauchi ventured into the lone bedroom of the eleven year old Izuku who supposedly didn't exist.
Tsukauchi pushed the door open, allowing everyone inside. The room was nothing to write home about.
It had an old, rusty desk sitting beside the window and an equally old, smaller bed sitting in the centre of the room. The mattress was torn and the bed frame itself was giving out.
The closet had a few outfits, including a middle school uniform; all belonging to a male inside them. It became increasingly obvious that someone lived there. Or at least used to.
He and the officers had already presumed the occupant to be dead, seeing the alarming amount of blood splatters scattered across the room.
There was blood on the window, bed, floor and some of it on the ceiling.
It looked like scene straight out of a final destination movie.
As they investigated further, they found a picture frame under the bed. Tsukauchi frowned as he spotted the family in the photo, a wave of disappointment washing over him.
They also found journals titled 'Hero Analysis for the Future' all in a series of 1-13 in a bright yellow school bag.
Half of a finger was also found sitting on the desk along with some green hair which had mostly been tainted with blood.

"If I remember clearly, you said that you didn't have a son, Mrs Yagi? Then would you mind identifying the child in this picture?"
Tsukauchi slid the frame sealed in a plastic bag over to her, waiting for any kind of reaction from the woman.
Inko stared at the photo, looking closely at each figure. It was supposed to be just the three of them, right?
So why are there four persons in this photo?
"Izuku..." the name felt foreign yet so familiar on her tongue. "Records show that you did have twins. So where is Izuku? What happened to him?"
"Izuku. I've seen this kid somewhere before..." Officer Nekoma could believe what he was hearing, "Do you really not remember your own son? He's obviously been living with you all this time-"
"I-I think I know him..."
"Izuku Yagi. Age: eleven, Quirk: none." all colour seemed to drain from Inko's face and the picture slipped from her hands, falling into the ground.
"Izuku... No... No... That can't be possible. Where is he? Where is Izuku?" She questioned, rising out of her seat in a panic.
"That's what we're trying to find out, Mrs Yagi." Tsukauchi calmly said while Nekoma brewed with anger.
"You mean to tell us you forgot your child's existence? Do you expect us to believe that crap?"
"I-I didn't mean to. I swear! I-I just..." Inko forced back a sob and buried her face in her hands. "What have I done? I-I'm a terrible mother!"
"She's not lying. She forgot Izuku. It seems to be the same for the husband too." Nekoma and Inko didn't miss the disgusted undertone in the detective's voice which only made her sob harder.
"What about the daughter? Has she been interviewed yet?"
"She has," Tsukauchi sighed, "She just refused to speak and glared at us."
Nekoma sighed, "This is going to be harder than we thought."

It didn't take long for the news of the vicious crime that took place in the Yagi household to be buried by authorities. After all, it was a quirkless child they were dealing with.
Eventually, Izuku Yagi was pronounced dead and the case went cold much to Tsukauchi's displeasure.
Though, people who witnessed the Yagi's get into the police car and Izumi's school mates sure did have a lot to say about it.
Classmates had begun to speculate that the blonde teen had something to do with the Deku!s death. Her popularity grew and people even praised her for it.
Although, the neighbours had a different reaction to Izuku's story.
They constantly pointed and whispered every time one of the Yagi's stepped outside. They even went as far as telling their children and people from other neighbourhoods to beware of the Yagi's who 'got rid' of their quirkless son and paid to bury the story so they wouldn't get arrested.
As for Toshinori and Inko, well, they were a s devastated as any parent with a missing/ most likely dead child could be.
Though Toshinori tried to not let it affect his work since he was still the number one hero and felt like he needed to support Izumi over her missing brother.
Inko, however, didn't quite agree with Toshinori giving Izumi more attention and love so she could move on. The woman was highly fixated on finding her son, whether dead or alive and apologizing to him as much as he would let her.
Dud to the clashing interests, Inko left, splitting up the ever so perfect Yagi family for good.
