After the two day break the students had gotten, they finally resumed school again.
Before Izuku could take one step into the classroom, he was immediately surrounded by his classmates who were all concerned for his health, others coming to tell him how cool he was to protect them at the risk of his own life.
"That's enough, everyone settle down." Momo interfered, allowing Izuku to head to his seat. "Hey, Izuku..." The ravenette grinned at his friend.
"I see it's mostly healed, that's a relief." Denki muttered, gently dragging his finger on Izuku's cast. "Mhm. It's coming off in two days so I should be back to normal by then. And Denki, I'm sorry for worrying you like that... I'll try to stay out of trouble for you, hm?"
Denki's face flushed bright red at Izuku's wording and nodded shyly before heading back to his seat.
"Deku."
"Don't call me that."
"Sorry, bad habit... Izuku, can we talk later?" Izuku contemplated the blonde's words, wondering if it was a good idea to meet up privately with him especially since he was still injured and with Katsuki's distaste for him.
"Why?"
Katsuki frowned, "I feel like I need to explain everything so I don't seem like a crazy asshole who just likes to bother you amd call you dumb names."
Izuku snorted, "Glad you already know what I think of you. But alright, we can talk after school but not on school grounds. My house. When I'm free to talk."
"Why?" It was Katsuki's turn to ask. "Your blonde friend is stalking me."
Before Katsuki could enquire further, Mr Aizawa walked into the classroom covered in bandages. "You look like a zombie." Izuku snorted and Shouta scowled.
"Your dad made the same dumb joke earlier. Real funny, Yūji."
"Mr Aizawa, shouldn't you still be resting?" Asui spoke up. "I should be, but no other teacher was available to fully watch over you guys until I was ready to come back. So, I'm here but I have an assist for today's lesson; please welcome Yūji Akuma."
Izuku audibly groaned as his father walked in with his usual teasing smile. "Jesus, your dad's hot." Mina whispered.
"And married." He reminded with a strained smile.
Akuma swung a shoulder around Shouta's shoulder, "So kids, y'all better get ready for—”
"Your fight isn't over, students." The class tensed and Akuma pouted. "At the end of the week you all will be participating in your very first sports festival."
Collective sighs if relief rung in the classroom, "You didn't have to scare them like that, Shouta."
"I know. Anyway, Nezu says you all will be given the rest of the week to prepare for it though your classes won't stop. Don't let me down, brats."

Denki watched gloomily as Uraraka glued herself to Izuku's side at the table across from where he and the 'baku-squad' were sitting.
Izuku didn't seem too bothered by it and even had a small smile on his face which infuriated him to no end.
"Denki, are you listening?" Mina's voice snapped him out of his thoughts and he nearly snapped at her. She was the one who dragged him here so Uraraka could get a chance with Izuku.
"Sorry, what were you saying?"
"We were talking about the sports festival. I can't wait to be able to freely use my quirk and impress tons of people." Mina gushed. "I'm not sure if people are going to be impressed by my quirk." Denki muttered.
"Yeah, you better get that quirk under control or everyone will know how much of an idiot you are." Sero joked and everyone at their table laughed.
Denki didn't think it was funny though. Still, he forced a smile and found himself staring longingly at Izuku. Which didn't go unnoticed.
"Ooh, do you like Yuji, Denki?" Mina teased. "What? No... We're just friends." He lied, fighting back a blush.
"Oh yeah, that's true. Can I have his number then? Uraraka wants to try and get closer to him. I think they'd look so cute together."
"Sorry, I can't just give out his number like that. She's going to have to ask him herself." Mina pouted. "C'mon Denki, I'm sure Izuku wouldn't mind. She's pretty anyway so he'd most likely happy you're hooking him up with her." Sero added.
"He doesn't have to give you the number if he doesn't want to, dumbass. And how would you feel if your friend gave out your number to random people without asking you first?" Bakugo snapped.
"Jeez, not you too, Baku-hoe." Mina pouted and slumped in her seat.
Denki shot the other blonde a grateful smile which Bakugo just nodded in response.
"Their future relationship is all in her hands now. You go girl; I believe in you..."
