Once Izuku was back in the classroom the next day, he was immediately cornered by Momo who had a worried look on her face. "Yuji-kun, are you alright? You've been gone for a long while now."

The ravenette laughed nervously, "I'm fine, I promise. I just had to talk to my father about something important."

"Oh, wonderful. Your daddy works here too; isn't that convenient?" Iida mumbled mockingly.

"Well, yes he works here. He's the one designing out hero gears and costumes and teaches the Support Class but if you have a problem with that then you can always have your costumes made by another agency."

"That's so cool! Do you think I can talk to him about some changes in my designs?" Kirishima exclaimed and soon the rest of the class followed, leaving Iida gritting his teeth in anger.

"Um, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to listen to all of you. Just not today, maybe on Friday. He's usually free then."

"All of you get back in your seats. It's time for our first lesson."

Izuku tried his best to ignore Iida's stare from across the table as he ate his lunch. He wasn't sure what he did to piss off the robot like boy but he definitely wanted to poke Iida's eyes out with a fork.

The rest of his friends, who had forced him to start sitting with them, tried to fill in the tension with little jokes and conversations about class.

"Do you think we should work on our assignments together? After school maybe, Kero?"  Asui suggested but Izuku quickly shook his head.

"Oh, you think you're too good for us, don't you?" Iida was quick to jab but Zuku remained unfazed. "I have to go pick up my little sister since my parents can't make it today. Maybe some other time."

Uraraka nudged Iida under the table to get him to stop but he remained stubborn. "So your parents can't take time away from their work to pick up their own child? It's no wonder you turned out like this."

"Well, they are both successful people who still do their very best to be involved in their children's lives as much as possible so the older child to pick up their younger sibling when their parents are unable to certainly doesn't sound strange in the slightest. At least to us." Iida was about to speak again but Izuku was quick to interrupt him, "And if you have a problem with the way I was raised or how I behave then I'd appreciate it if you didn't attribute it to my parents. I am the same way I was before I was adopted."

A loud alarm sounded forcing them to wince and cover their ears, followed by numerous people scrambling to get to the exit.

"Izuku what's going on?" Uraraka yelled but he didn't answer. He just grabbed her hand and dragged her towards the glass walls, away from the sea of students.
