A/N: On the note that I am almost finished with the story, soon I'll be publishing more chapters because I really don't want to sit through and edit 20 chapters to get it all out, lol. I love you guys. <3

Seonghwa

I stared at the full moon, letting it's waves of beauty comfort me. The candy and alcohol had finally started to wear off and my mind became much more clear.

I was content in my peace while I sat on brick steps when another person dropped down next to me. "Excuse me, sir-"

"Hm?" Hongjoong hummed, raising his eyebrows as a challenge for me to correct his behavior.

It was an action I couldn't even control as a frown deepened my appearance, making him laugh loudly.

"Ye hate me company t'at much, me dear prince?"

"What do you want?" I asked, looking away from the mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Well, I t'ink I heard San specifically tell our crew members t' watch out for ye, and yet here I find ye alone. I t'ink he'd be rather furious t' find out we let his dear princess get lost." He had this smile that I wasn't used to seeing on him, something so playful as if we were friends.

"Do you think this will get you a reward from him? To keep me alive?" I asked, doubtfully.

"No. Of course not. But it could get a reward from ye, couldn't it?" He cocked an eyebrow, his expression loose and open.

"Are you saying I'm easy?" I asked.

"Ah... of course not. I could never make such a joke, surely ye'd never let anything like t'at fly. Ye're far too intelligent."

"Yes...I am!" I protested.

"Aye, t'at be what I said."

I narrowed my eyes at him, "Are you mocking me?"

"Like I said, me dear. Ye are far too intelligent t' mock." But he said it in such a way that told me that is exactly what he was doing.

I huffed angrily, facing away from him. "You're a prick, Hongjoong."

"Ah, haven't we already established t'is, darlin'?" He asked as if the idea was getting old.

I felt my own annoyance bubbling up inside of me.

"What are ye doing by yerself anyway? San warned ye t'o, do ye not care for ye safety? Or...if t'is be yer attempt t' run away from yer captors...I hate t' say it but ye are doing a fantastically horrible job at it."

"I'm not running away!" I snapped, looking back at him. "I'm just...taking a break."

"From yer little trick ye pulled earlier? Very impressive if I say so meself. I for sure would've fell in t'e first minute."

"You saw? The others said you don't attend things like this."

"I don't, usually. I have no reason t' get drunk and sleep with every lady or man I see." He said, his eyes flickering to me.
