Break with the normal-est guy ever

Lately Normal Guy has been ungodly busy, the company has been doing better than ever, calls every two minutes, more need for employees meaning more interviews, and more meetings. You were typing a current report that was needed in your office, you felt your eyelids get heavier. Then a special someone opened the door. "Hello, (reader)! Your on break and I thought we could spend it together." You crack your neck and sigh. "Sure, anything specific you want to do?" Normal Guy shakes his head and pulls a chair next to yours. "Can I see what you have so far?" You show him the report. "Good work! It's very refreshing seeing something done with actual effort for once!" 

You looked at him and noticed something different, his eyes looked whiter than usual, like when he gets upset, his hair was kinda messed up and it looks like he had eye bags now. "You tired, like very tired." "Ah, you think?" He looks at his reflection from the computer screen. "You don't happen to have anything on you for this, do you?" "Hmmm.... I have a paint markers but I doubt those will do much." Normal Guy looks pretty upset. "Can we at least try?" "Fine." You two start mixing the white marker with different shades of grey and black until you got his exact skin color. "I kinda wanna keep your eye bags!" "Why? They make me look unprofessional, like the new guy that I just hired." You  kiss his lips. "I think they look good on you!"  Normal Guy shrugs and hands you a different marker to try. You test the color on his skin, it was the right shade and you cup his face. 

He looked at you and back at the marker. "Will it wash off quickly?" "No. Now look up" You start applying the marker on his eye bags and making sure you don't get it on his eyelashes or poke his eye. Before you do the right eye, you gently kiss the corner of his forehead. Normal Guy blinked at the feeling. "Are you done yet?" "Just wait a bit." You finally cover his other eye bags. "Ta-daa, you still look tired!" He looks at his reflection in your computer screen again. "Hmm..maybe you could try waking me up a bit!" You nod and cover his face in kisses but made sure to not kiss the paint from the marker, Normal Guy's face was turning a darker grey and he no longer looked upset or stressed. Instead he looked happy and more energetic. 

He made a soft happy sigh and hugged you close. You started fixing his hair. "Thank you, (reader)." "Your welcome." His eyes were back to his original black color. "You should get back to work, don't you have another interview?" "Oh dear lord, I'd rather take myself out than all those human failures at this point." You give him one last kiss and start letting go of him. "Don't be hard on yourself, if you need anything, I'll gladly switch places with you for today." "You are heaven sent, my dear! I'll see about that!" You nod and he fixes his blazer and goes back to the sky.
