How bout a dance- Bonnie and Clyde
"you may lose your heart"
———

After three days of continuous unpacking, even though Emma moved in a month ago, she finally got a call. A call she had been waiting for since the meeting with Charolette. At the meeting it was brought to Emma's attention that many casting directors heard about her move and wanted to work with her. She couldn't believe it. People she never even spoke to wanted to work with her.

She picked up the call after the first ring, eager to hear what Charolette had to say.

"Emma! So glad you answered! I have some great news" Charolette announced through the phone.

Emma's heart leaped out of her chest at the mention of good news.

"Well to cut straight to it, you've got a big job opportunity! Those other offers are nothing compared to this. Let me ask, did you ever watch the movie Moulin Rouge?"
Charolette spat out.

"Yes! The one with Nicole Kidman! Oh i love that film!" Emma responded, remembering the movie musical.

"You wanna be in the broadway musical for it?" Charolette asked

Emma eyes widened. What!????

"Huh?" Emma asked, flabbergasted.

"You've been asked to go to an audition for the role of Satine in the Broadway musical, Moulin Rouge. These are good people Emma, I think you should really considering going to this au-"

"Fuck Yes!" Emma yelled, cutting Charolette off.

"Well alright then." Charolette said. "Your audition is tomorrow at 2, don't be late!" She said before handing up.

Oh my god. Moulin Rouge. Satine.

"This has gotta be a dream" Emma spoke to herself.

"What does?" Violet said, emerging from her room.

Emma looked at her with a smile.

"You wanna watch Moulin Rouge tonight?" asked Emma

"Hell yea, Kidman is hot as hell in that" Violet responded

I'm preparation for the audition, Emma chose to sing the song How Bout a Dance from Bonnie and Clyde. She felt it showed her range and talent.

She wore a white button up with black jeans and a belt. She wore her hair down a behind her ears, to prevent her from touching it out of nerves. She wanted to look slightly taller so she wore black kitten heels, giving her an inch or two added to her short stature.
