"Kai, wake up or we are going to be late"
My eyes slowly open to see Alex standing over me, shaking my shoulders
"Five more minutes" I groan, rolling over on my side and throwing the blanket over my head, seeing through my blurry eyes for a second that Jackie isn't there in her bed before the blanket covers my face
"COLE!" Alex yells
Seconds later I hear footsteps enter my room
"What?" I hear Cole's rough voice ask
"Can you please wake up my best friend please" I hear Alex reply
I hear Cole groan.
"Why can't you?" he grumbles, clearly pissed off
"No questions just hurry up" Alex says
And with that the blanket that was once over my head was now on the ground and I was in the air, clutching onto my giraffe toy
Lucy got it for me when she took me to the zoo when I was little, I remember when we first walked into the zoo shop, I wanted a zebra one, but Lucy said we should go through the zoo first.
Thats when I saw the zookeeper doing his speech and patting the zebra then it did the biggest shit ever, like honestly it looked like it shitted out a basketball. Me being me I thought it was disgusting so I got the giraffe instead, but the me now would have died from laughter.
"Put me down you shithead!" I yell, as I squirm under his hold
"Aww is that your stuffed toy" he teases
"Shut up" I grumble at him
"Hurry up and get dressed or you'll need to walk to school" he grumbles
"I can't get dressed if I'm in the air, you idiot" I fire back
Cole places me down and walks out the room with a smirk
"Thanks" I say sarcastically to Alex, throwing my pillow at his face and glaring at him
"You're welcome" he grins and skips out of my room and downstairs
I end up throwing on some blue jeans, a white top and my brown and white striped sweater
After I change, I grab my phone and bag then run downstairs
I grab a bagel on the way out and run out the door to see my sister already getting in
"I bet a snail on crack can get ready faster than you Spitfire, now get it" Cole says
I roll my eyes and pull open the door, seeing that there aren't any free seats in the back and that Jackie is sitting in my usable seat
I sigh
"Looks like you're coming up front with the big boys, SF" Cole says and grins
"Shut up" I say and get in next to Danny
