Chapter 2: Most Mischievous of All - Bondita (Part 2)

While Kaka nodded his head with a smile, all three of them bent down to get the blessings of Kaka, which pleased him and got them a good impression from him...
Bondita introduced each one of the family members to her cousins. At last when she introduced Anirudh, Savitri wishpered in bondita's ears, so he is that Rakshas Babu didi. Bondita immediately sushed her up. As Anirudh asked what she just said, both the girls smiled in embarassment.
Then kaka spoke enthusiastically to the young group, so why don't you all go and get freshen up. The breakfast is ready. Bahu ! Take them to their rooms and feed them breakfast. Then Binoy spoke, I think you'll must be so tired. Bahu ! Feed them breakfast and take good care of them. All four noded gratefully to that.
Bondita was in cloud nine...no...eleven...it's been so long that someone from her mayika (mother's house) had visited her.
She gave a wide smile to Anirudh before leaving the place and she took them upstairs.
Before smapurna was here but after she left to Calcutta along with her husband saurabh to persue her passion for music, Bondita was left all alone without anybody that she had known from childhood who can stay with her in Tulsipur. So Bondita was so very happy with the thought of her cousin's visit. As her bangles clattered along the way she happily led all three of them to her room first.
It's evening now since they all started to speak with each other and still they are in their own world. Bondita too forgot about all her outside world and was happily chatting with her cousins, playing with them and giggling with them for all the jokes that they were waiting to share with each other for all these years.
Meanwhile Anirudh was back from work. As he entered the mansion with bondita's favourite roshagullas. He looked around for her. Meanwhile Batuk teased, Dada !! Are you searching for Baudi right ? And I can see ek badam wale roshgullas in your hand. If you allow me I can have them all. What do you say ?! As he burst into giggles, Anirudh glared at him and complained to kaka, see him kaka ! Batuk has become so notorious and you say Bondita and I are the mischievous ones. Kaka spoke with a sight smile. I agree with you beta. Anirudh smiled widely that finally kaka accepted that batuk was the most notorious one in the house. Don't smile much beta, I said I agreed with Batuk in this matter. He is far better than you both. Btw...You got these for Bahu right ? Saying this both batuk and kaka burst into giggles and followed by all the others in the house.
Anirudh was all red with his current act that he often does in recent times, that is to blush when someone teases him with Bondita. As he tried to compose himself and leave. Kaka called him from behind. Beta ! Bahu hasn't come down till know. I think all of them are chatting with each other. Let them come on their own. Anirudh nodded understandingly for that and soon left to freshen up.
Finally after what seemed for an eternity the cousins glanced at the clock and found out it was evening. They soon got freshen up and horrified they all reached downstairs to the living room of the magnificent Roy Chaudhary Mansion. They were shocked to see that all family members were seated in their usual places and seeing at them.
Savitri spoke first to her other cousins, Guys! Why are they looking at us like that ? My god they are not looking at us but staring at us said Sumitra. All were looking at each other perplexed. Bondita, first saw kaka and then at Anirudh. He was back from work and she just realised that she had forgotten to receive him like always and also to do the evening Pooja with kaka and not prepared for dinner and....and....and....
After coming back from her whirlpool of thoughts she again saw Anirudh and he was still staring at her expressionless but it was not friendly at all. Suddenly Kaka shouted at them all, What were you all doing all this while it's evening now and Bahu ?! Have you forgotten the fact that you are the bahu of the Roy Chaudhary family ?!
Which made cold chills run down their spines....all were frozen for a moment....
