Tom Riddle
11 yearsHe went to King's Cross station, as told with all the supplies he managed to accumulate on his own. They were financially supported by Dumbledore.
The man, he dare say, changed his life and proved his perspective of himself.
That he is more. And will continue to be.
Tom got on the train and handed over the ticket to freedom. As all his items were nicely settled on the train, he began to move to find his seat and settled in an unoccupied seating area, with a glass door to give him privacy.
As the train began to move he sat and stared at his lap until a natured scenery came into view. He stared out the window and then began the thought of the raven haired girl. How she left and was never to be seen again. It has been two years and not a sight of her. Only the necklace that is still presented on his chest and the items left in a box. He should've thrown it all away. Burn it. Never to think of her again. But his youthful mind thought of her every day. The beams she would present to him and only him. He has always liked that. In the end he'll always be territorial. About his things. About someone.
A thud broke him from his trance and he looked towards the glass door. It was the girl. She had bend down to pick up her book from the floor. Tom furrowed his brows, confused. She continued to walk to the front of the train as he stumbles to open the door.
With unfortunate luck, the door did not open. He tried his best to ruffle with it but it did not open.
The goal to open the door succeeded, although as he looked outside, left and right. She was nowhere to be seen.
He had settled on the thought that he was hallucinating, and goes back to his seat right next to the window. She would not be here. After all, how could she? There is no such coincidence. She does not happen to be a witch.
That was settled.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He is finally here. The castle of a school was glorious. He cannot wait to own it. That was his intention. That is what he shall do.
And he needs to find the reason why the girl, stopped coming to see him. He is not hallucinating. He knows that now. Not when he finally took a clear look from that once beaming face from a distance. Now, it was laced with sorrow.
He is determined to know who had caused such pain.
And he shall torment them.
A girl he was not familiar with clasp her hand on his girl's shoulder. They began to talk about god knows what, before the unfamiliar face left to let the raven haired girl sort out her things.
Then her eyes fell on him.
She did not smile as he expected.
She looked at him for quite a while before walking towards him.
Still unsmiling.
As she stands right in front of him, she utters an answer that he wanted for the longest of time.
"It's Sela." She continues to gaze his form for a moment longer.
She then walks away.
The close proximity gave him a full view of her face and the black and blue bruise forming on her right.
He is determined to find the damn cause.
And he shall break it to pieces.
