Sela

Parental consent was the only thing that can get them out of Hogwarts' ground. That, Sela does not have. She is one bright witch, as many professors have named her, and she lives up to her name. The books from school does not satisfy her, so she confided in advance magic books, where she had memorised some useful spells. One of them is forgery. She cast an imitated signature of her father and now here she is in hogmeade, freely roaming the grounds. And so she went to three broomsticks. She had a quest in mind. Order herself a butter beer, sit and read her precious book, while taking glances at the view from the window. That plan was ruined as she looked to see no other than Tom Marvolo Riddle seated at her usual spot.

It made her angry, yet gives her something of a joy at the same time. And so she walks towards his table. No. Her table.

"You're sitting in my spot."

"It does not have your name on it." He did not look at her but out the window instead.
"There is a chair Infront of you." He says.

Sela looks down at the wooden chair and finally sat down. Also looking out the window.
"Tell me, was it bribery or a proper signature?"

"You know I do not have guardians."

"I thought dumbledore had taken the liberty?"

Tom finally looks at her, no emotions present in his features or even his eyes. This is him. It had always been him.

She had hated how he, for five years pretends to be something that he is not. Faking smiles, make friendly banters. Showing friendliness to other girls. While also being... a teacher's pet. She never found that to be necessary for herself. Not with her father's status. Everyone is at her feet since she came here. Although she really hates how Tom would always put on a mask and roam Hogwarts.

She also knows that Tom had made friends with manipulation... to get what he wants. Whatever he has under the surface is nasty. She feels it in his energy. But she wonder what it is. Not until he tells her himself.

"Here's your butter beer, young lady. Oh I see you've brought a friend! Unusual for a holiday, you always come here alone." The sweet woman chuckles and sat the glass down on the table.

"Ah yes yes. It is finally time to bring out this goblin out of school, or else he might stress to death in his confinement." The woman laugh at her comedic words before turning on her heels.
Sela looked back to Tom, seeing the smallest of smirk, splatter on his lips.

And they continue to sit in silence, with Sela abandoning her intention to read her book and sat with her once called friend.

She misses this.

It's heaven.
