harry has been out at the studio all day. He was meant to be home half an hour ago but he told me he was stuck in traffic. Our daughter is having a tantrum because she misses her daddy.
Arlo is our social butterfly, he likes to make new friends, be loud, talk to people all that stuff.
where as river. shes very shy, she dosent like to be around alot of people especially when someone she isnt closest with around.
When were out shes attached to me or harry and if shes not she cant go more than a few mins without seeing us.
'ri please stop crying baby daddy will be home real soon' i say moving the curls off her face.
'i w-want d-daddy!' she cries
'i know baby but hes in traffic hes being quick i promise' i explain
'mummy ri okay?' arlo asks me
'shes okay lo she just misses daddy'
'daddy be home soon riri!' he says turning to his twin. I smile, he hates to see his sister upset and always tries to make her smile
'go away lo!' she shouts still crying.
Me and arlo are abit taken aback.She never shouts. Arlos lip starts to quiver and i pull him over to me.
'hey dont cry its okay' he takes a deep breathe nods and hugs me
'good boy why dont you go play in your room and i get you when daddys back?' i tell him
'okay mama' he says then runs off
'river you do not shout at arlo or anyone like that' i say sternly.
'I. WANT. DADDY' she screams
'hey! stop the screaming now or your going on the naughty step'
'i just want daddy' she cries much quieter
'im right here baby' a deep voice says
we both look and to our suprise stands harry.
'daddy!' she says and runs into his arms
he lifts her up and kisses her cheek, she wraps her arms around his neck
'whats all the screaming for ri?' he asks calmly
'i miss you'
'i know darling but you cant shout at mummy okay? its not nice.'
'i sorry!' she says and a few tears slip down her cheek again.
'dont be saying sorry to me say sorry to mama'
he puts her down and she walks over to kahlani.
Kahlani crouches.
'sorry mama for shouting at you'
'its okay baby but can you go say sorry to arlo and tell him daddys here please?' she nods her head then runs upstairs.
when kahlani stands up she locks eyes with her husband who gives her a smile.
'hi my love' he says opening him arms. She gladly walks into them
'hi handsome, i missed you'
'i missed you too love, seems like river did?'
'very much.'
'im sorry i was late'
'dont be its not your fault she was a pain all day'
'well tommorrow ill be here'
'im glad, i cant wait to cuddle you tonight'
'me either beautiful, me either.'
'what do you want for dinner?' i ask him.
'i dont know but ill sort it out love youve had a long day'
'are you sure?!'
'more than sure,did the kids already eat?' i nod in response
'okay maybe ill make the spicy pasta we like' i nod fast. Harry chuckles.
'okay, i love you lani'

he pulls up my chin from his chest and gives me a sweet kiss on my lips.
'daddy!' i recognise the voice or arlo and we pull apart.
'hi little man' he says and he throws him into the air then placing him on his hip.
'i builded a new lego daddy!' he smiles proudly
'wow! your gunna have to show me!'
'yes!' he says and hugs him tightly in exitement.
'i love you daddy!' he squeels
'and i love you kiddo'
