i was in the kitchen making lunch for my 3 boys. Harry was in his office working and our two sons were playing in the living room. All of a sudden i hear a bang and then a cry from my 3 year old.
I rush into the room and see him led on the floor next to the wall. I quickly pick him up and he rubs his head.
'what happened baby?!!' i say and he cuddles into me still crying.
'theo push me and i hit my head' he cries.
'its okay baby your okay' i say and rub his head and kiss his cheek.
After he calms down i put him down and hold his hand.
'theo come here's i say calmly. He walks over and takes me hand. I crouch down to their level.
'we do not push down okay?' i say in a stern voice.
'do you understand?' i say and he nods.
'can you go sit on your bed for 5 minutes please' he nods then runs off and starts to cry.
'come with me huddy you can help me make lunch for you and daddy!' i say trying to cheer him up.
'mama can i watch tv instead?' he asks
'ofcourse baby lets get you a blankey.
He lays down on the sofa and i turn of his favourite youtuber.
5 minutes later i go get theo from his room and bring him downstairs.
'do you know why i send you to your room?'
'i hurt hudson'
'yeah and that wasnt very nice'
' i know im sorry'
'you can play now but nicely untill lunch okay?'
'okay'
'can you say sorry to huddy?'
he nods and walks over to the sofa where hudson is.
'sorry huddy' he says and hugs him
'its kay' hudson replies.
'good boy theo'
I call harry for lunch and we sit at the kitchen island while the boys are sat at their little table in the lounge
'what was wrong with theo earlier?' he asks me
'he hurt hudson so i sent him to his room for 5'
'what did he do?'
'pushed him into the wall and he banged his head, probably will bruise'
'i hope hes not like that at school'
'me too'
'you did a amazing job tho hudson told me a minute ago theo said sorry'
'yeah they hugged it out he was playing nicely after that'
'your such a good mum' he says and kissed my forhead.
