joshua looked over at the maroon head who was leaning down into a table, explaining something to some people joshua had barely ever seen in his life. jeonghan had his glasses on, his hair pulled back into a bun, a few strands fell loose our of it falling into his eyes, framing his face and highlighting his caramel eyes.joshua found himself completely and utterly enthralled by that man. the way he talked, his hands gesturing about with his words. joshua could barely hear anything around him, as if everyone had just stopped talking, except their mouths were moving but the blond couldn't hear a thing. his eyes scanned the man a million times in a matter of seconds, however, each time he found a minute little detail that he missed the last, as if he was deliberately trying to know everything about him.
that was when joshua realised. he knew nothing about jeonghan. only that he teaches chemistry, is 25, likes art, hates everybody and an unknown relationship with professor yeri. that's all he knows.
"-sunday morning."
as if everything just managed to make a sound at the same moment, joshua finally regained his hearing with a deafening whistle.
"what?"
"they were asking if we'd like to join them on Sunday morning for the fest preparations." Seungcheol looked at him, a small smile on his face and softened eyes.
"oh- uh, sure." joshua smiles at them faintly before turning his attention back to the maroon head.
he was on the table next to theirs, his back facing joshua.
"Seungcheol, you really helped us out through this. i swear, chemistry is my weak point." the brunette chuckled, leaning in to pat Seungcheol's shoulder.
"I know someone who would absolutely kill me if he heard me say that." joshua mumbled, glancing back at the maroon head before leaning into Seungcheol to join the conversation.
"you know we were thinking-" the raven head started, glancing at her friend.
"if you guys would like to grab some coffee after this?" her friend finished, glancing at the both of them with an unsure look.
"oh-"
"well.." Seungcheol glanced towards the blond with raised brows.
"we'd love to." joshua smiled, nodding at Seungcheol who nodded back.
the last 5 minutes flew by in a second as the all of them stood up to leave.
"Do you guys like the Azure?" the raven head asked walking ahead towards the glass door.
"oh, yeah we do. joshua loves their pastries, strawberry ones. he likes hot chocolate too but doesn't like hot coffee which is...weird and he-"
"Mr. Hong, can we have a chat for a moment." joshua halted in his steps.
he stood there contemplating for a second.
"you guys go on, I'll catch up" he smiled at the three, avoiding Seungcheol's worried glance.
"I can wait for you outside-"
"no, cheol. you should go, I'll give you a call if anything." he smiled, patting the brunette's arm with a nod.
he waits for the three to walk out the door, Seungcheol a little hesitantly but so he did.
"Mr. Hong."
joshua took a deep breath, turning around on his heels.
"professor." he nodded.
"i need some assistance of yours, are you busy perhaps?" the maroon head stood with his hands in his pockets, glasses hanging off his nose bridge and his shirt- oh his shirt.
