We see that wren came out from the bush. "Wren, wait, it's not what it looks like," Jack says
"I knew something was off about you, James, and I found out that you are a shapeshifter," Wren says
"Jack, there's no use. He saw everything," I say
"Tell me, how many people have you hurt?" Wren says
"What are you talking about? I never hurt anyone," I say
"My brother would never do anything like that," Phantom says
"But I've been seeing this huge wolf around here every time I come here," Wren says
"Dude, it's my first time here. How could that be me?" I say
"Wait a minute, was it nighttime when you saw it?" Phantom says
"Yeah, it was also. It was a full moon, too," Wren says
"It seems like we have a werewolf problem. We should probably talk more somewhere more private," Phantom says
"Good idea," I say, changing back to a human.
"I'll meet you guys there," Phantom says leaving.
We leave the forest and head back to our cabin. "so James, I'm sorry for accusing you of all that," Wren says.
"It's cool. Don't worry about it." I say
We arrive back in our cabin, and we go inside. Phantom is sitting on one of the beds. "Good you're here," Phantom says
"How did you get here so fast?" Wren says
"He teleports from my knowledge," I say
"Alright, what is going on? What on earth did I stumble into?" Wren says
"Well, if werewolves are around here, that means this is a hunting ground for them, so we need to be very careful so we don't get hurt," Phantom says
"Oh god, I don't believe this," Wren says
"Don't worry, we'll keep you protected if you take down those videos you took of me," I say
"Yeah, I'll do it now. I have a lot of questions," Wren says
"Go ahead and ask," I say
"James, you're a shapeshifter, but what about you?" Wren says, pointing at the phantom
"I'm also a shapeshifter, but my skills are more... mysterious. I'm well-versed in the arcane arts," Phantom says, his voice laced with intrigue.
"How long have you been a shapeshifter?" Wren says
"For my whole life," I say
"Yeah, but he struggled at first. It was amusing," Phantom says
"Ah, sibling banter that never gets old," Jack says
"Jack, seriously, you're supposed to have my back," I say
"Sorry, I love hearing sibling banter," Jack says
"Phantom, how about you tell them you messed with me in my nightmares before I got my memories back?" I say
"What? I thought I had more time before you found out," Phantom says
"Dude, you tried to gaslight me into thinking I killed my father. That was too far," I say
"What are you talking about? That wasn't me the other times that was me, but the gaslighting thing was not me at all," Phantom says
"Who could've done that then?" I say
"I don't know. I'll try to figure it out," Phantom says
"I'm going to go take a walk. I need some fresh air," Jack says
"I'll go with you," Phantom says
"Dude, I'll be fine," Jack says, leaving the cabin.
"I'm going to follow him. Be back later," Phantom says, leaving the cabin.
"Well, it's just us now," I say
"Yeah, but something about this werewolf thing is bothering me," Wren says
"What about it?" I say
"I notice the leaders always acting weird on full moons. I don't know why I got a feeling something huge may be coming soon," Wren says
"Wait, it's not a full moon tonight, right?" I say
"It is. Why?" Wren says
"Jack's life is in peril. We must act swiftly to aid him," I say, my voice filled with concern.
"Let's go," Wren says as we quickly leave the cabin to find Jack.
