"Mom I'm leaving now, and please come before the ceremony starts" Chay shouted standing in the doorway so his mother could hear who was in the kitchen making breakfast for his father. "Yes we will be in time" his mother replied coming out of the kitchen. Saying goodbye to his mother, Chay left the house. He is very excited for today. Today is his convocation day. 

He felt like deja vu. The excitement he feels on both his first day of college and now the official last day when he will get his graduation certificate is at the same level. The joy of fulfilling his parents' and his own dreams, and the added joy of seeing all his friends again in two months, especially Kim, kept him awake at night. 

During these two months, he took as many online courses as he could to enhance his skills so that he could easily get the job he wanted. His resolve to stay away from Kim barely lasted two days but he cut back on talking to get serious about his own career. He also reduced his talk with his friends. Many things changed in these two months. He accepts that Kim won't reciprocate his feelings, and he has stopped crying by remembering that. The only thing that hasn't changed is Joe's pursuit of him. Even though Chay's father refuses to send him to the US with Joe, Joe is convinced that he will make his father change his mind and send Chay with him and he will have a happily ever after with Chay.

"Where is everyone?" Seeing Shin's message on their friend chat group, Chay replied "I'll be there in half an hour" and turned off his mobile and put it back in his pocket. He didn't text Kim this time to come to college with him. His mobile rang again with an incoming message and when he opened his chat he saw messages from their group and a message from Joe. He looked at the others' replies to Shin's question. 

Vin replies that he will be there in ten minutes and Prathi replies that he will be there with Kim in 20 minutes and Hali has reached there so Shin asks where she is. He then sees a message from Joe asking how long it will take him to get to college to which he replies "I'll be there in a bit". 

When Chay met his friends after he went to college, they were all happy and because of that he felt jealous of them because he had been struggling with his emotions for the past two months and they were all happy. But putting all those thoughts aside, he met everyone with his sweet smile and when it was time to meet Kim, his emotions of being envious began to surge again. He had never seen Kim so happy before, but seeing his happiness caused Chay's storms of doubt to rise again. 

He started to over think again about why is Kim not in love with him? What is lacking in him? and he remembers Joe's words that he is obsessed with Kim and also the questions he was asking himself were the same questions Joe asked him when Joe proposed to him. He looked at Kim's happy face and gave a small smile saying to himself that 'I shouldn't think about all this'. 

After meeting each other, they all decided to eat in the cafeteria and as usual, Chay sat in the chair next to Kim. As they chat Chay asks Vin "So where did you apply for the job?" To which he happily told him "You don't know, actually me, Prathi and Shin got jobs in T-Group and we will be officially joining from next month". 

He was surprised to hear him speak but he was also happy for the three of them and congratulated them. He turned his attention to Hali and asked her the same. "Me and Kim we both decided to open a cafe" she replied and he was more shocked to hear her answer so he looked at Kim who shrugged his shoulders and said "I decided to take things easy". Hearing them talk, Chay started to feel alone as if he was not in their group. But he couldn't blame them all because he himself had lost touch with them.

After learning that Chay has come to college from his classmate who saw Chay with his friends, Joe follows him to cafeteria and joins their group, and again Chay has to keep his distance from Kim. He desperately wanted to be close to Kim and touch him and feel the warmth of his body but with Joe there he only had to watch Kim joking around with Prathi and the rest of his friends.
