You shifted uncomfortably whilst sitting on the bed. Daniela watched you. Her gaze was caring. Trying to understand what her.. best friend was going through.
"I.." you started shakily , your words weary. Her stare was soft before she moved closer some.
"I have .. schizophrenia." You said. Your words sounded under water. Before daniela watched you before softly saying
"Which is.?" She mumbled.
"I sometimes.. see stuff i-" you cut off.. and took a deep sigh.
"I see her sometimes.. and sometimes the scene of her dying.. replay's in my head.. it.. hallucinations.." you say before finishing off
"I used to take medication but now its..worse because i don't have it.. i lost it when they took all my stuff.." you stop before meeting her eyes. You looked down before she nodded
"Thats why-"
"I talk to myself..?" You finished. You nodded
"Well you should tell-"
"No.! I don't want her to know.. she already dislikes me.." you interrupted.
"She will think im-"
"But these hallucinations are making you upset. You need your medication , mother can find you some.!" She said standing up.
"But im tired of being weak. I was weak ever since your mother called me it down in the cellar." You said. Your words were practically louder before you calmed down
"Please..its nice you care.. i love it... but... i don't like telling people about my diagnosis.." you said softly
"I normally tell people about my diagnosis first then if i trust them enough maybe about my wife" you said before standing
You looked at the window to see the sun peak below the hills. You stretched your arms
"You.. trust me.." were the only words that came out of her mouth , she looked at you. Spark like eyes. You nodded before walking to your bathroom door.
"I have to get ready for work.. ill se-" she hugged you. Your hands were awkward in the beginning before you hugged back tightly
The silence was comfortable whilst you two hugged. You could feel tears in your eyes but you blinked them away.
