"It wasn't a big deal," you say from your bathroom to your best friends, Mila and Lana, who are waiting for you to finish getting ready. Mila insisted on coming to your place and leaving from here for your usual Friday dinner, but the real intention behind her kindness is that she wants to "accidentally" run into your neighbor.

"No big deal, you say? So you just casually shared a cigarette with him and he gave you a ride home?" They both give you a look that screams "suspicious," and you can imagine the kind of thoughts running through their heads. You've been there, judging your friends and not believing a word they say.

"Exactly... as simple as that," you say with a shrug, now regretting telling them how you arrived home last night.

"Are we still talking about the same guy you said you hated just yesterday?" Lana questions you, and Mila only nods as she leafs through a Coco Chanel coffee table book.

"I know I said I hated him, but he's actually a nice person. We even said sorry for everything we've done to each other, so... let's say we're on good terms now." Lana nods, and you know she still has a lot to say.

"So... are we gonna ignore the elephant in the room?" She asks, and you lift an eyebrow, not understanding. "You guys have crazy sexual tension. We saw you the other day, and you almost had angry sex at your doorstep."

"That's true, you were devouring each other, and you almost let him get you naked at the doorstep, with your friends inside your apartment!" Mila confirms Lana's theory, and you hate yourself for allowing them to see that.

"I don't know, I feel as if the tension was there because we were angry. Now that we left that behind, there's no more tension. Last night, we talked, and it was friendly," you say, walking into your bedroom to grab your Dior purse and your Alexander Wang under-the-knee pointed stiletto boots.

"I don't think that sexual tension can be torn down so easily," Mila says when you walk back into the living room.

"She's right, it wasn't just the anger. The guy is hot, and now that you are friendly to each other, there could be something else," Lana says, stepping from the couch when she sees you're ready.

"I don't know, guys. Honestly, I don't even want to think so much about it. I just like the idea of not being fighting with him 24/7."

You leave the topic of your neighbor behind as soon as you step out of your apartment, just in case, since he lives in the same building, and you consider the topic is over. There's not much to talk about.

You grab the elevator while talking about where to go. You had no plans for tonight, but you wanted to go to a bar or a club to have fun since the last few times you've been out have been miserable. Sometimes the guys that approach you are such losers, and other times the place is just boring, so you need to plan very well where you're going tonight.

Here is the text with grammar fixes and more description:

When the elevator doors open at the lobby of the building, you are met with none other than your now-friend neighbor, Jungkook, and the cute blonde neighbor whose name you now know is Jimin - Mila's crush. You suddenly remember that Jimin is Mila's crush, so you gaze at her, and she's blushing while looking at him, while the boy looks in the other direction.

"Hey," Jungkook says, taking out a lollipop from his mouth. That's when you realize Lana was right - the tension is still there, at least from your side.

"Hi," you and your friends step out of the elevator, the heels echoing in the building. You realize Jungkook is looking you up and down while sucking on his lollipop, glancing at your cut-out mini dress and then back to your face.
