Where Am I.

Ryujin's POV

"Ryujin"

I hear... my mom calling me.

"Honey, wake up"

I slowly open my eyes. I'm in my old room?

"Ryujin sweetie you're going to be late for work. You asked me to wake you up"

"Eomma?"

My mom looked at me confused and put her hand on my forehead.

"Yes Eomma. Ryujin are you okay?"

What kind of sick joke is this my parents are dead.

I just nod my head.

"Now go downstairs your appa is waiting for you" she says smiling.

My mom... is alive. I took the opportunity and gave her a hug.

"Ryujin what has gotten into you" she chuckles and hugs me back.

"Nothing Eomma I just missed you"

Then I ran as fast as I can down the stairs. There he was reading the sunday news paper in his chair.

"Appa?"  He puts his papers down.

"Ah Ryujin, great to finally see you join the land of the living"

This has to be a dream.

"Come join me for breakfast" I run as fast as I can to hug him too.

"Omo, how did I get so lucky to get a hug from my eldest daughter?" He holds me tight in his arms.

"Where's Yuna?" I asked as I pulled my chair out.

"Oh you know your little sister probably out with that pretty girlfriend of hers or working" he said with a big smile.

I nodded.

Soon we hear the doorbell ring.

"UNCLEEE AUNTIEE WE ARE HERE!"

I hear another familiar voice coming from our front door. No. It. Can't. Be.

They make their way into the dinning room.

Nayeon unnie and  Jeongyeon unnie come sit at the table.

My mouth was wide open. "Unnie?"

Nayeon unnie looked confused but Jeongyeon unnie smiled back at me and replied "Ryujin. You're here a little early?" She questioned.

I'm here a little early?

"Yeah my mom just woke me up" I laughed.

We began to all eat. I looked at the table there were settings for a couple more people but no one showed up. It was just eomma, appa, Nayeon unnie, and  Jeongyeon unnie.

I didn't question it too much. So I continued to eat the yummy food that eomma had prepared. I didn't know how much I had missed it.

While I was eating I could help but notice Nayeon Unnie staring at me.

"Nayeon Unnie Hows Yejin?" I said looking down at my food.

I look up, and it was like everyone had disappeared.

Okay what the actual fuck is happening.

I got up and walked around the house to see where everyone had gone. I had went to every room possible but no one was there.

I hear voices outside in the backyard. I can see from the distance. A couple familiar faces.

Lia, Yeji, Chaeryeong, Yuna, and Yejin playing. My smile grows bigger. I run downstairs and open the back door leading to the backyard.

But once I opened it. I was in a completely different area. I was in a dark room with only one flickering light. I could see a figure sitting next to the window.

Confused but intrigued I walk closer. "Ryujin, you're not suppose to be here" the person said.

"Be where? Who are you and what the fuck is happening" I asked.

"Ryujin, please wake up"  the voice had asked.

I try to get a better look at the person but next thing you know I see bright light coming towards me. I block the light with my hand. Then I'm in this white room.

"Shin Ryujin" I hear through an intercom system.

I look around and no one is there just me. I raise my hand as if someone was watching me.

I blinked and found myself back in my old house. This time everything was dusty and looked like no one had lived there in many years.

"Eomma? Appa? Jeongyeon Unnie? Nayeon Unnie?" I hear someone call my name.

In almost a whisper, "Ryujin"

I go towards the whisper. The closer I got the more familiar the voice became. Yeji.

I ran toward the voice. "Baby please come back to me"

"YEJI I'M COMING!" I yell back as a run faster.

I open the door her voice was coming from and nothing. No one was there.

What?

"Hello? Is anyone there!" I scream.

"Ryujin! What are you doing here?" I hear Nayeon unnies voice.

She comes out from the bathroom of the room.

"I'm so sorry I thought you were Yeji" i apologized.

She looked at me weird, "No Ryujin, what are you doing here."

I looked at her confused, "what are you talking about? I'm suppose to be here. Right?"

She shakes her head, "Think Ryujin. You are not suppose to be here."

"Yes I am. I'm suppose..." i think a little harder. Why are my parents here? Why can I see Nayeon unnie and Jeongyeon unnie?

"Am... am I dead?" I stutter.

"No so you need to go back" she explains, "your time isn't now" she points to a door. With lights shinning underneath.

"Now go before you stay here permanently. Please tell Yejin we love her, and thank you Ryujin. Tell Yeji thank you. We couldn't have asked for better parents to raise our baby. We love you all. Now please go" she pushes me towards the door.

I breathe in... and turn the nob.

A flash of light hits me.
