Jennie was unaware of his past, including the fact that he had a son or that Lisa had been pregnant. He knew nothing about what had happened after he left.
Lisa and Jennie had a son, whom Lisa named Leo. Mr. Kim had recovered and remembered everything about Jennie's disappearance after two years. Mrs. Kim was also doing well, and their business was thriving.
After an extensive search for Jennie, the family later learned that he had supposedly died in a car accident. The car had exploded, and the bodies were charred beyond recognition, leading everyone to believe that Jennie was no longer alive.
Sehun still loved Lisa deeply, but Lisa only considered him a friend.
Lisa is now the CEO of Manoban Empire, and Leo is 4 years old. Jisoo married Rosé three years ago, Irene and Seulgi married four years ago, Nayeon married Jeongyeon two years ago, and Karina married Lee Jae Wook one year ago. Everyone is busy with their lives but still makes time for each other.
Lisa was determined to keep the memory of Jennie alive for Leo. She often told Leo stories about his father, ensuring that he would know what a wonderful person Jennie had been. Despite the challenges, Lisa had built a good life for herself and her son, supported by her family and friends. However, she still felt an emptiness in her heart, missing Jennie and wishing he were there to share in their lives.
In this moment, Leo came running into Lisa's office, clutching a drawing he had made. "Mommy, look! I drew our family!" he exclaimed.
Lisa smiled, taking the drawing from Leo. It was a simple but heartfelt depiction of their family, including Jennie. Lisa hugged Leo tightly, her heart swelling with love for her son and a longing for Jennie.
"That's beautiful, Leo. Daddy would be so proud of you," Lisa said, holding back tears.
Lisa had shown Leo pictures of Jennie, so he knew about his father. Despite the years that had passed, Lisa still felt guilt over Jennie's disappearance, while Jennie saw it as a twist of fate that led them to separate paths.
Sehun now worked with Lisa at her company, and he often visited her office. Today, as he entered, he saw Lisa and Leo talking. He smiled warmly and said, "Hi, buddy prince."
Leo looked up and cheerfully replied, "Hi, buddy Seho."
Leo always called Sehun "Seho," a nickname Sehun cherished, though he wouldn't tolerate anyone else using it.
Noticing Lisa's sadness, Sehun gently suggested, "Lisa, how about we go out for lunch today? It's about lunchtime anyway."
Before Lisa could respond, Leo's eyes lit up. "Yay, Mommy, let's go, please!"
Wanting to make her son happy, Lisa agreed, "Okay, let's go."
Sehun lifted Leo and carried him as they left for the restaurant. Although many at the company assumed Sehun and Lisa were dating, their relationship was not romantic.
