Chapter - 46

𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕:

I woke up to the sound of someone knocking on the door repeatedly. I looked at the clock; it was 9:30 PM. I glanced at KJ, who was still in a deep sleep. I slowly got out of bed, yawning, and opened the door.

As soon as I opened the door, someone hugged me tightly. I was shocked and didn’t know who it was. I was about to push them away when I heard, "Hey buddy." I quickly recognized the voice.

I hugged back and said, "Hey Seul, how are you, bro?"

"I'm good, buddy, and you?" Seul replied. I broke the hug and looked at his face, saying, "I am also good."

We looked at each other for a moment before I broke the silence, "Come in."

He nodded and came inside. I closed the door, and as we walked further in, he noticed KJ sleeping on the bed. He looked at me and asked, "Is he your son?"

I nodded and said, "Yeah, this is my son, Kim Jain. We call him KJ for short."

Seul smiled and went over to KJ, looking at him closely. "Wow, he is really handsome, just like you, and cute too."

I smiled and replied confidently, "Of course, he has my genes, so he’ll be like me."

Seul shook his head, "You're still self-obsessed. I hope you didn't raise KJ to be the same."

I chuckled and said, "See for yourself." I then sat on the couch. Seul walked over to the couch, pouting. Teasing him, I said, "Hey dude, don’t pout. You look like a bear when you do that. Hahaha."

"Tsk, you're still annoying, Kim," he said, making me chuckle. He sat on the couch next to mine.

"So, where have you been all these years?" he asked.

I took a deep breath and was about to say something when there was another knock on the door. I looked at Seul, then got up and opened the door.

I saw Jisoo oppa. I quickly hugged him, and he hugged back. Oh God, I missed these two crackheads so much.

After a few minutes, we broke the hug. He smiled and said, "Hey cousin, how are you?"

"I am good, oppa. How are you?" I replied.

"I'm fine too," he said. Then I stepped back and said, "Oppa, come in."

He nodded and came inside. He also noticed KJ sleeping on the bed, walked over to him, and gently caressed his cheek. "Cute and handsome, just like you," he said.

"Hahaha, I said the same thing to him," Seul said, laughing.

Oppa chuckled and said, "Of course, he’s so self-obsessed that his son inherited his handsomeness."

I rolled my eyes and said, "Are you two done? Sit down, I need to talk to you about something important."

They both looked at me, then oppa sat next to Seul on the couch, and I sat on the opposite couch. I was about to speak when I heard KJ’s voice behind me.

"Dad," he said. I turned to see him rubbing his eyes, still sleepy. I quickly got up, went to him, picked him up, and softly asked, "Yes, my prince."

"Dad, did you find out where Mom is?" he asked sleepily. I looked at Seul and Jisoo oppa, then nodded while caressing KJ’s back.

"Really? Then let’s go to her," he said. I was shocked to see how eagerly KJ was waiting. I gently said, "KJ, don't you want to meet my best friends first?"

KJ looked at me, then at Seul and oppa, and said, "Of course, but then we will go to Mom, okay?"

I took a deep breath and nodded. I couldn’t bear to see my prince upset; I would do anything for him.

I sat on the couch opposite Seul and oppa with KJ on my lap. I looked at KJ and pointed at Jisoo, saying, "KJ, this is Jisoo oppa, my best friend." Then I pointed at Seul and said, "And this is Seul, my best friend. Guys, this is my handsome son, Kim Jain, or KJ for short."

"Hi, Uncle Jisoo," KJ said cutely, then looked at Seul and said, "Hi, Uncle Seul."

"Hi, little handsome Kim," Jisoo and Seul said in unison.

"Can we go now?" KJ asked. I replied, "Son, wait a little. I need to talk to my friends first." KJ nodded but pouted sadly. I kissed his forehead and hugged him.

"So, tell us, what help do you need?" Jisoo oppa asked.

"I went to the Manoban mansion, but I found out they don't live there anymore. KJ started crying, and I couldn't think of any other way, so I logged into my old account and asked you both for help," I explained.

"Hmmm, but have you forgiven Lisa?" Seul asked. I simply nodded and said, "Yeah, I have forgiven her. I hope she can forgive me for my mistakes too."

"She’ll be very happy to hear this. She’s not angry at all. In fact, she has been searching for you for over five years but couldn't find you. By the way, where were you, and how are Mom and Dad?" Jisoo oppa asked.

"I was in New Zealand. Mom and Dad are fine too. We can talk more later, but first, please take me to Lisa. I can't see my prince upset," I said, kissing KJ on the top of his head.

"Awww, so cute. You really love your son," Seul said in an amazed tone.

"Of course, I love my prince very much," I said lovingly.

"All the girls from Queens Group live together in one dorm, so Seul, ask Irene if Lisa is there or with Uncle and Aunty," Jisoo said.

"She must be in the dorm. They have a fan signing event tomorrow, so she can't go anywhere," Seul replied.

"So why are we delaying? Let’s go to Mom," KJ said, making all of us smile.

"Okay, cute little Kim, let’s take you to your mom," Seul said. He was about to touch KJ's hair, but KJ screamed, "Noooooo, don't touch my hair," and placed both hands protectively over his head.

We all chuckled at his cute reaction. Then, we left the room and met Jeongyeong and Lee Jae Wook in the hallway. Together, we headed towards the dorm.

My prince was so excited again, while I was nervous. I didn’t know what I would say to Lili.
