Thomas's POV:

I finally got out of the tight alley, they really need to fix it. Though, how the fuck do you move a building? Anyways, it's time to find a place to set up. Though, it's gonna be tough.

I then approached a building that the Moon Presence suggested. It was a real estate agency. Honestly, this shit is to complicated, I was just forced to kill beasts all night and it was always eventful. Sitting in this damn office is making me restless!

???: "So, you must be Thomas, right?"

Thomas: "Uh, yes. I'm here to ask if there are any available places in the commercial district."

???: "Oh, is that so? Well, let me introduce myself. I am Rachel and I will be your real estate agent. I'll h show you the properties you may be interested in, and you'll see if they fit your needs."

Thomas: "Okay. How does this work?"

Rachel: "Let's look at you, what are you hoping to find? What's your target demographic? What will you be selling? The works."

Thomas: "Well, I'm looking for a place where most hunters are gonna be. My product of course is weapons and ammunition, and target is simple, hunters."

Rachel: "Alright, so the properties that may interest you is in the western side of the commercial district. That'll place you close to Beacon and allow you to hit your target demographic. Currently, there is about 3 properties available, come with me and I'll show you."

I then get up from the seat and follow Rachel. She gets in one of the metal wagons and turns it on. I then sit in the passenger seat and we ride off. Honestly speaking, this thing is scary. It's unnaturally fast for a metal box.

We finally arrive at our destination, however, I was vomiting in a bush.

Rachel: "Uh oh, it seems you have some motion sickness. Are you okay?"

Thomas: "Yes, I'm fine now. I've haven't driven in a vehicle like that before."

Rachel: "Well, if your fine, let me show you the first place."

She then leads me to a building surrounded by other buildings much bigger than it.

Rachel: "Welcome to the Ravencroft residence. The original owner refused to sell his property to developers, which led to the developers having to build around it. The original owner died of old age and his home is left, unoccupied."

It was a nice place, very cozy and rustic. Though, with it being surrounded by all these bigger buildings, it would not be noticed so easily.

Thomas: "It's nice, but it's overshadowed by the other buildings. What's next?"

Rachel: "Well, the other two properties are fairly close to eachother, so we can walk there."

She then leaves the Ravencroft residence and begins to bring me to the next place.

Rachel: "Here is our second property. It's a two story building with the first floor being the shop while the second floor was used as a apartment. Though, the area around here is dangerous with the White Fangs influence here."

This was a nice place, it had a place for me to sleep while allowing me to manage my shop. Even if there might be some robbery attempts, I'll probably take this place. Now, lets see my final option before I decide.

Thomas: "I like this place, but I can't just buy it without seeing my final option."

Rachel: "Understood sir, come on, I'll show you the final place."

Rachel walks down the street and leads me to the final place available.

Rachel: "Welcome to Onyx Square. This place has alot of people coming and going, and there's loads of shops here to. Like I said before though, this area is unsafe due to the White Fangs influence here, with most shops here having to pay for 'protection'."
