It was morning when I had opened my eyes again. I couldn't even enjoy the feeling of sleeping, it was almost instantaneous. I got up and changed back to the Old Hunter set.
After that, I left the room. The man at the front desk is still afraid of me but was able to stay, somewhat, cool.
Owner: "Did you enjoy your stay sir?"
Thomas: "Yes, the bed was very comfortable. Here's the keys."
After placing the keys on the counter, I moved to the door and left.
Moon Presence: "So, are we heading to that store now?"
Thomas: "Yeah. I need some medical supplies and ammo."
After talking with the Moon Presence, I began to move towards the store. Looking at my funds, I saw that I still had around 480 lien. I'm not sure if this is even considered alot, but it should be enough to help, hopefully.
After a while, I was now in front of the store called, The Rust Bucket. I entered and was met with a show room of different weapons and ammunition types. Then I heard someone in a back room of the store.
Owner: "Welcome, I will be out in a moment. Have a look around while you're waiting."
I then looked at the many glass displays of the weapons, to me, they were very advanced. Some were large and heavy looking rifles and some were small pistol able to hold at least 9 or even 17 rounds at a time. After a while, I began to look at the many different round types, most were fairly normal, but I then noticed some had been engraved with a picture of a flame and some with lightning.
After some time, the owner had left the back room.
Owner: "Hello sir, sorry for the wa-!"
She pauseed for a moment and then her tone had changed into a more serious one.
Owner: "(sigh), Let me guess, Assassin?"
I shook my head no. Is my appearance that threatening?
Owner: "Huh, could've fooled me. You look like you went through some shit man."
Thomas: "Uh, I guess you could say that. Now, let's get down to business. You see, I've got a "job" to do but I'm low on some supplies. I'm here to just buy some ammo and some medical supplies."
Owner: "Oh, are you a Huntsman? Huh, I guess that kind of explains the get up. Yeah, we do have some medical supplies and as for ammo, what are you looking for, incendiary, electric, high impact, or normal rounds?"
Thomas: "I'll take a normal box of .308, and a box of high impact."
Owner: "Are you sure? Looking at you, I don't see a rifle... wait... don't tell me the pistol is chambered in .308! How! How the fuck is you wrist not broken!?!"
Thomas: "Let's say I had a lot of time to adapt to it, anyways, that is all."
Owner: "(sigh) Fine, your total is about 400 lien, 225 for the high impact, 100 for the normal rounds, and 75 for the medical supplies, is that correct?"
Thomas: "Yes Ma'am, pleasure doing business with you."
*Some Time Later*
After grabbing the supplies, I checked my funds. About a hundred lien left, but now that I'm finished, I think it's time to cut some loose ends...
Raven's POV:
Everything went to hell in just a day. When I sent team Alpha to find the fucker that killed one of my scouts, I figured it would have been an easy kill, but then, that "thing" killed all but one of the members of team Alpha, and it didn't end there, the morning revealed that the bodies had been brutalized.
