A SOFT VOICE WOKE HER UP. "Amiah," the first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was Tris hovering over her bed. Rubbing her eyes, "What time is it," asked the tried girl. Amiah didn't even remember falling asleep.

"6:30," says Tris. "Four came in earlier and said training starts in an hour."

Groaning, Amiah got herself out of bed. She'd never been a morning person and doesn't think she ever will be. "Christina and I are going to breakfast if you want to come." Feeling grimy from yesterday, Amiah didn't feel like eating just yet, "I'll meet you in a little. I want to shower first."

"Okay, see you in a bit."

Waving to the girl, Amiah grabbed the clothes they were given yesterday and headed towards the shower. She peeked her head in. There were stalls! Checking to see if the coast was clear, Amiah waited around a bit before going in.

There were stacks of towels and small vials of what she guessed was shampoo and soap. She made sure to grab some. When she was sure no one was around, she set her clothes down on a small shelf inside a shower stall and turned on the water. She yelped when the water came out cold. Amiah stood there shivering until it was warm enough.

She wasn't sure how long she had so Amiah tried to be fast. As she was washing shampoo out of her, she heard someone come in. Amiah froze as someone's feet padded across the floor. She let herself breath again after they picked a stall far away from her.

Not wanting to run into whoever it was, Amiah quickly began rinsing off. Turning off the water, she dried herself off with the towel and started putting on her clothes.

Once she was fully clothed, she walked over to the singular mirror in the room to see her reflection. There were dark circles under her eyes from the lack of sleep and her curly hair was slightly frizzy. Frowning, Amiah ran her fingers through it, seeing if she could maybe tame it somehow.

The showers suddenly went quiet. There was no longer the sound of running water. Whoever was in here with her had just finished their shower. Shit. Amiah needed to get out of here. She gave up on her hair and grabbed the clothes she had slept in and turned to make a quick exit.

Too bad she hadn't been fast enough.

"It just had to be you," mumbled Amiah when she realized Peter was the one who had been taking a shower. She just couldn't see to get away from him.

Peter had a towel tied around his waist and water droplets were dripping down his chest. Amiah couldn't help but stare as they made their way downwards until she snapped out of it and looked up at his face. The boy was smirking, he's obviously noticed, "See something you like, nerd?"

"Not even in your wildest dreams," said Amiah but her heart was pounding and she was sure her cheeks were red. How was Peter's chest so toned? She'd never even known he worked out.

"I'd actually have to dream about you first," then "Which I don't," said Peter quickly. Amiah needed to get out of here, "I don't have time for this."

"Neither do I, so wanna do me a favor. You're blocking the mirror," complained Peter.

"I'm saving the mirror from having to see your ugly face," shot back Amiah.

"Ouch," Peter said dryly, "It was painful to hear such a shitty comeback."
