I've always thought the English translation of the phrase "I love you" is over used and thus holds less romantic baring, I say it all the time but if I'm in a romantic relationship with someone I actually love I feel a stronger language is needed, often times I'll start speaking German or occasionally Latin if I have a strong point to get across, I don't know why but those seem stronger than English, like they hold more meaning, it also needs to be stated that it's perfectly fine to tell the person you love a hundred times a day that you love them, when the thought crosses you say it, because I can guarantee of any of the things you regret in your last moments people knowing you loved them will not be on that list
