Adria ran down to the library at lightning speed, but made sure to not go too fast so she wouldn't get in trouble. She soon arrived and a text appeared on her screen informing her on her location in the school. The text read "You're now in the library, have fun with the books!" Adria smiled at the cheerfulness this text carried. it alwasy boosted moratily and performance of the students.
She wasn't sure where the secret entrance would be hidden, but Adria knew she had to find it soon. Adira entered the library and looked around, there were only a few other avatars inside the room; much to Adria's relief. Adira wandered around the room for some time, but didn't see anything that could lead to Aamon's throne room. However she knew that something here had to hint her about/regarding its location. If Noha had done what they always did then she knew that they had to have set up a hard to find passage that required a button, lever, or even a key open. Adria searched around for anything that stood out from the library, however she had little to no luck.
"Come on! There's gotta be something around here that would send me to the throne room!" Adria cried out to herself in a low tone, fearing what would happen if other avatars heard her.
Adria started rummaging through some books on the shelves, hoping that there was something behind the shelves. After about five or so minutes Adria found a book in the horror section, its appearance was that of a black hard cover and green tips. She pulled out the book and saw that it was one of Noha's favorite scary stories. The title of the book itself was School of Spirits. It was about a girl who's new school was haunted by many vengeful spirits as the school was once a mental hospital. The ghosts would often show themselves during the night and the girl eventually performed a ritual to enter the spirit realm. Adria then got an idea on how she could enter Aamon's throne room. She realized that Noha had probably programmed the entrance to the throne room to only show up during the night when someone performs the ritual. "Oh Noha! You sly dog, I should've known that you'd make this a challenge! Congratulations you did just that!" Adira declared as she theorized what she needed to do.
Now with the knowledge in her mind Adria made a mental note to come back to the school later that night possibly around midnight. Once she was inside she would set up the items needed to perform the ritual, finally if her theory is correct then she'd be the first avatar to obtain the Emerald. "Alright Adria you better go out and get some in-game items needed for the ritual," Adria whispered to herself as clutched onto the book.
She went up to the front desk of the library to borrow the book she needed later on. The librarian looked up when a notification popped on the screen about a student borrowing the book. Adria took a good look of her avatar. she was a middle aged lady with robotic arms. her long red hair and flower patterned dress complemented her blue eyes. Adria believed that whoever was controlling the avatar was working in the library to make some extra cash. Even though the .F.S.I.G did not allow you to work a job, you could work some part time jobs, but it wasn't enough to make ends meet. So you'd still be forced to work a job in the real world in order for your bills to be paid. Adria actually liked this part of the .F.S.I.G as it could give you some work experience and social skills till you graduated and had become a working adult of society.
The lady working at the desk cleared her throat and asked in a professional tone, "Hello Miss, what can I do for you today?"
"Well, I'd like to borrow this book for a while," Adria answered as she placed the book on the desk.
"Ah I see, let me just scan your school library card and the book's time card and I'll send you on your way," The lady said as she grabbed the book. The librarian scanned the book's time card and Adria showed her card and it too was scanned. After the transition was done Adria took the book back and was told she'd have it for around two weeks or so. She didn't respond and just gave a slight nod before leaving the library, after all she didn't have a single moment to waste.
