A New Beginning

One crisp autumn morning, as the leaves were turning shades of gold and red, the Butler family gathered in the farmhouse kitchen for breakfast. The room was filled with the warm aroma of freshly baked bread and the sound of laughter. Austin, as usual, was cracking jokes, trying to make Rae giggle as she sat in her high chair.

"Why did the scarecrow win an award?" Austin asked with a twinkle in his eye.

"Why?" Rae gurgled, even though she couldn't quite understand the joke yet.

"Because he was outstanding in his field!" Austin chuckled, and the whole family joined in the laughter.

As they were enjoying their breakfast, a familiar figure walked through the door—Baz Luhrmann, a special family member and dear friend. His presence always brought a sense of excitement and anticipation.

"Baz!" Lori-Anne exclaimed, rushing to give him a hug. "What brings you here so early?"

Baz grinned, his eyes twinkling with enthusiasm. "I've got something exciting to discuss with you, Lori-Anne. I've been working on a new project, and I want you to star in it."

The room buzzed with excitement. Lori-Anne's eyes widened in surprise and delight. "Really, Baz? Tell me more!"

Baz took a seat at the table, his expression serious but excited. "Not only do I want you to star in it, but I also want you and Austin to contribute a song to the soundtrack. A song about the undying love between a father and daughter."

Austin, who had been listening with a smile, leaned forward. "A song, huh? Sounds like a fantastic idea. What’s the project about?"

Baz smiled. "It's a film about family, love, and legacy—something that I think you both understand very well. The song will capture the essence of that special bond."

Lori-Anne looked at her father, her eyes shining. "What do you think, Dad?"

Austin grinned. "I think it's a wonderful idea. Let's do it."

The rest of the breakfast was filled with lively conversation about the upcoming project. Ideas flowed freely, and the excitement was palpable. The prospect of working together on something so meaningful filled Lori-Anne and Austin with a renewed sense of purpose and creativity.
