𝘼𝙏 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙂𝙇𝙀 𝙆𝘼𝙍𝙈𝘼 𝙋𝙄𝙕𝙕𝘼, Ariah and Dominic were sitting in the one of the booths, their laughter filling the room. Ariah held up a book, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Do you remember this one?" she asked. "We used to read it all the time back at the academy."

Dominic chuckled. "How could I forget? 'The Legend of the African Bufallo'. We even tried to recreate some of the moves from the book!"

Ariah laughed, her eyes crinkling at the corners. "And failed miserably. We were so young and reckless."

Dominic leaned back, a fond smile on his face. "Good times, though. I miss those days."

Just then, Casey walked in, his expression darkening at the sight of them. He couldn't hold back any longer.

"Having fun, are we?" Casey's voice was tight, his eyes fixed on Ariah.

Ariah's smile faded. "Casey, we were just-"

"Just what? Reminiscing about the good old days while the rest of us are trying to keep this team together?" Casey's tone was accusatory, his frustration evident.

Dominic stood up, sensing the rising tension. "Hey, Casey, we're just taking a break. There's no need to-"

Casey cut him off. "Stay out of this, Dominic. This is between me and Ariah."

Theo, who was particularly observant, leaned over to Lily at the shop's counter. "You know, tigers are very possessive and territorial animals. I think Casey's got a case of the green-eyed monster."

Lily glanced at Casey, who was glaring daggers at Dominic and Ariah. "We need to find a way to fix this before it tears us apart."

Casey's patience wore thin and his expression stern. "Ariah, can we talk?"

He glanced at Dominic, then back at Ariah. "Alone."

The tension was palpable as Ariah followed Casey to a quieter corner of the loft. "What's this about?" she asked, crossing her arms.

As soon as they were out of earshot, Casey's frustration boiled over. "What's going on with you and Dominic?"

Ariah's eyes widened in surprise. "We're just friends, Casey. What's the problem?"

"The problem," Casey said, "is that you've been avoiding me and spending all your time with him. You used to talk to me. Now it's like I don't exist."

She crossed her arms, her expression hardening. "Maybe I have my reasons. Maybe I need space to figure things out without you hovering over me."
