Intertwined souls from the very beginning, always drawn by an invisible unbreakable bond.

"I am the Dean for Sullivan house", she was Maddison, her father's chief representing the women and Moon was very scared of her, she hoped she was not in her house.

"I am the Dean for Philip house, make this school an abode for your beautiful young souls", she was Vera, the woman with the most beautiful voice.

After they had introduced each member of the staff, the School Master finally introduced himself. "I am Professor Zack, your School Master," and he started a long speech that she was soon dozing off - not before Sophie pinched her.

"Ow!"Moon exclaimed, whispering.

"If I didn't wake you, you would have made a mess if yourself and you know you are a princess soon to be a queen, I don't want your father to have my head", Sophie sighed and squeezed her fingers. Moon knew Sophie was just looking out for her. This was her first year in this school, and she was ready for a fresh start. Away from being the evil princess where she was always left out .

Finally, the School Master started calling the names of the students and their houses.

"Princess Moon of the Dark Kingdom, daughter of his Majesty, King Sullivan, is assigned to Professor Maddison", the School Master looked at her briefly and continued. If stares could kill, then they were killing her.

'She's evil'. 'Is it true that they curdle blood for dessert'. 'Her mother is a witchwhat do you expect? Witches need blood to survive. 'And her eyes, aren't they weird?'. 'They look so empty'.

Her mother was called a witch, her father a tyrant, end she was called the girl created from the innocents' blood. Sometimes, she hates her lineage and sometimes she loved it because she knew none of them had parents whose love could step up to hers.

She needed to leave the hall, she was choking. She was going to leave tomorrow, her father was right. It was such a bad idea to come here, she should have just stayed home but she wanted new things, wanted to meet new people but she never imagined it would be like this.

Moon ran out, ignoring the pleas from Sophie for her to come back. She ran till she could feel her limbs burning and she faced a fountain, exhausted lying in the grass.

It took her a bit long to realize where she was, she stood up quickly absorbing the exotic garden beauty. She took in the pink roses, yellow lilies, the white daffodils which all gave the air a beautiful scent. She bent down slowly and picked up the lysigoras flower, a flower meant for lovers. And she inhaled it deeply.

"So, you like the lysigoras flower, me too", Moon turned and saw a golden-haired boy walking to her with a shy smile on his lips.

"Why did you follow me?", Moon asked, getting suspicious but in a good way.

"Apparently, you are not the only one that got lost, Your Highness", he said, mockingly.

"If you want to mock me go ahead and be done with it, I don't care, it's not anything I've not dealt with before", Moon folded her arms across her chest and faced, her jaws tight with determination.

"That's funny, i actually thought you were the one who liked mocking people, from the rumors i heard of course", he looked about and took the lysigoras flower from her hands, putting it in her hair. He was too close for comfort and Moon could feel butterflies in her belly. She looked up into the pools of gold in his eyes, intent on what he was doing. He was so beautiful, he smiled when he noticed her staring and she looked away to hide her flushed cheeks.

"It looks so good on you", he smiled and Moon had a premonition, the lysigoras flower was used by a man to decorate his lover's hair.

"I can't marry you, I'm sure you know that already, we just met ad you're already decorating my hair with the lysigoras flower?", Moon ripped the flower from her hair and she saw him flinch. She felt a bit guilty about that, but she didn't care, she didn't come to school for love, she came to find happiness and change.

"Excuse me, please I have to go", she sidestepped him and ran off, still feeling his stare on her back. She did not even know his name!
