The Big Fight

The journey to the best is riddled and covered with many potholes, hoping for the best is too heartbreaking but overtaking the person in front of you might just be enough.

Nora and her minions walked to the garden behind the school angrily. Her pink short hair fluttered excitedly against her forehead as she got to the garden walking around the garden and cursing, Sun had told her not to cut her hair but she had wanted a new definition of her identity, a new Nora, a person who could not be defined by the barriers of the society, she could only imagine what would happen if she became queen, she was going to fight for freedom for the girls and make them become something more than just child bearers.

"What is wrong, Nora. Rethinking the challenge? Perhaps you afraid I am going to beat you, I wonder how that would be on the image of the Miss High and Mighty", Sophie taunted her while Nora smirked. One thing she had learnt from her father, never show weakness in front of your enemies, rile them up and make them feel as though you were in charge.

"No, Sophie, I was thinking of how I could make your defeat less humiliating", Nora smirked. Flora walked into their middle.

"When the flower sprouts from my hand, the two of you would start the match, first person to land on the floor loses", Flora said but Justin cut her off.

"No, that is too easy", Who the hell did he think he was? She was just tolerating him because of Sun and she hoped desperately that Sun did not appoint Justin as his assistant, because she could not understand why he was taking nobility classes with them. "Why not say the person who cries lose, the first person to give up loses", he added smirking.

"Okay then, let us do this", Nora scanned the people who had come to watch the fight, Justin, Leo, Sophie, Ellie, Flora, Bea and Moon. Where was Sun?

"Let us go", Sophie started first by throwing wads of wind, Nora was a bit thinking by surprise at Nora's agility and speed, she had sure been getting plenty of training from her classes. Nora blocked it off with fire and smiled as she blazed fire against Sophie's face, Sophie appeared alarmed for a second before she started whispering tunes in the wind, and it felt as though the wind was listening to nobody but her.

The wind began to swirl round and round Nora that it even pulled out a plat from the ground by their roots, Nora was alarmed, Sophie's main aim was clear, to get her swept away in a tornado. Anxiously, Nora began to create hot air using fire, the hot air was causing discomfort to her but she was not going to stop heating up the air until Sophie faltered. Sophie faltered slightly and Nora took this as her chance, because the wind had no more hold on her again, she blasted out of the air ball using a fire rocket and hit Sophie's with a blow, breaking her stance and Sophie stumbled to the ground.

If they had followed Flora's rules, this would have been the end of the game but no, Justin decided to put his pussy mouth in it and tell them how to run a game meant only for girls. "Give up, Sophie", Nora said raising Sophie's face up to look at her.

"If you think she is going to give up, then you do not know how strong the kingdom of Dark is", Moon chuckled from where she was folding her arms looking at the amusing fight. Sophie took the moment to blow Nora to her feet using wads and wads of air, and not even stopping for Nora to catch her breath. Nora fell into a heap on the ground and was about to blow a fire wad at Sophie when Sophie's demon rose to the surface.

She used wind to pull Nora up and slowly began to choke Nora. "Help, please help", Nora begged crying for mercy. Moon was dumbfounded, where had Sophie learnt such a dangerous technique. But then, she remembered how hard Sophie used to read books that defined lines between spirituality and air.

"I have wanted to try this technique for a long time, but luckily, you are my first test", Sophie cackled evilly while Flora and Ellie swarmed to Moon. The atmosphere started to change ad the wind blew cold as rain dropped to the ground, a stormw as brewing.

"Tell your friend to leave our sister", Ellie commanded.

"And if I don't", Moon smirked but was not expected to get punched in the face by Ellie and start choking on floral perfume. "I f you do not save Nora from Sophie, then I will choke you till you die", Flora cackled. Something was wrong and Moon couldn't get. The air was feeling as though there was something possessing it. Sophie was not behaving normal and Nora's face was slowly turning white, Flora and Ellie looked so determined to kill her. Moon close her eyes and started to let go slowly.

She could no longer hear the storm but as a faint whisper at the back of her mind, she could see peace smiling at her, beckoning at her telling her to come, finally she would be with him, she would be in his summery embrace that would make her feel at home forever. His arms made her feel as though she was in home, where no one could find her again but then, he pushed her away. "Save yourself. I believe in you", he whispered.

And at that moment she knew that he was her home, the happiness that she had been looking for, the satisfaction she needed, the spark that had been missing from her vital being and she was not going to die knowing that she lost him forever. Never. Moon opened her eyes and took control of the rain droplets. She manipulated them and turned them into ice spirals headed mainly for Ellie and Flora.

They panicked as the ice glasses nearly hit them and fell tot he ground to dodge. Flora reduced her hold on the choking growing perfume and flowers while Moon ran to Sophie quickly to snap her out of the control of whatever spirits were lurking. "Sophie, snap out of it. Stop! You are not a killer, I know you are not a killer", Moon hugged her tightly as the choking on Nora's throat gradually released and Sophie fell to the ground breathless and broken. Nora fainted and Ellie and Flora rushed to tend to her. Leo and Justin had run away, nowhere to be found. Cowardly bitches!

At this moment, Sun entered the garden sullen and tear eyed. "What is wrong with him?", Sophie asked pointing at Sun who Moon had not seen when he entered the garden. "Are you going to be okay on your own?", Moon healed another bruise.

"Yes, check out what is wrong with him, I suspect he might have not made the grade, meanwhile, something spooky is going on in this totally weirdo school. I think I was possessed, and like it was your voice that was calling me from the depths that the spirit had pushed me to", Sophie pushed Moon to Sun. "Check what is wrong with him, pretend to be kind but tap as much as you can and then we spread it around the school, the royals will be doomed forever", Sophie smiled.

"Evil, very evil", Moon chuckled and stood up moving to Sun's side, but suddenly she could see a warm golden glow surrounding him as though he was disappearing, but Moon could not understand, it began to glow brighter and brighter and Moon began to get worried. What was going on?

Suddenly a rush of golden energy blew away from him and Sun slowly rose from the ground and up into the sky, as Moon squinted to look at him, the light hurt too much and in those few moments, Moon though that Sun was the sun in the sky shining bright. In those few moments, she felt a very strong connection to him as though they were connected and slowly, her own feet too began to move from the ground until she was near Sun in the stormy, dark sky.

He was crying and his warm glow was now hot and brutal, burning the garden while Nora, Sophie, Ellie and Flora ran for their lives. "Sun, stop! you are burning everything, please just stop", Moon begged holding him to look at her but he continued crying.

"I want Strong, I want to see her, I want to hold her in my arms and I want to hear her laughter again, all i want is Strong", Moon was dumbfounded by what Sun just said.

"Are you Peace?", Moon whispered.

"Yes, I am even if I do not understand why. My powers are utterly destructive, help me find Strong, please", Sun sobbed harder, he was not emotionally stable and if Moon did not do something fast, he might destroy the whole school.

Moon hugged him tight, "It's fine". It felt as though she was absorbing something from his body and slowly he stopped sobbing and began to smile. As she absorbed the energy from his body, she could feel his hurts, pain, ambitions, desires and what he most wanted.

It shocked what he most wanted that she nearly removed herself from his embrace, it was a father's love and attention.
