Alastor's POV:
I walked the streets of hell with a new purpose now, which was to find Y/n's sister, Chloe.
I knew vaguely what her appearance looked like from the research I had done, but there wasn't much to go off of.
After walking through every area in Pentagram City over the course of 4 days, I found her.
She sat on a sidewalk in Cannibal Town, looking glum as could be.
I briskly walked in her direction, which alerted her as she looked up at me before immediately standing up, her stone-face unbroken.
I stood in front of her and didn't hesitate for a second before speaking.
"Greetings! Alastor, pleasure to be meeting you my dear." I held out my hand for her to shake, as her hands were crossed.
She finally spoke after a brief moment of silence.
"Oh I know who you are, Alastor. Get straight to the point, why are you talking to me?"
Just as expected.
"Clever one, you are." I said with a chuckle, retracting my hand. "As for your question, not for the reason you might think"
She tilted her head, prompting me to continue, however it was still impossible to read her face nor her emotions.
"You see, I just happened to hear about your little.. incident that occurred on extermination day." I said. "And I was so curious on how you were dealing with it!"
She rolled her eyes. "Fucking shit, dude. SO many people died on extermination day, why the hell are you so interested in my situation in particular?"
I began to become more irritated. "Though that may be true, none of the others that perished had quite the attachment to a family member, much less one that... Left them to die. Your situation is quite the unique experience!"
Chloe groaned, "I'm dealing with it by drugs and alcohol. There. That good enough for you?" She said, clearly irritated.
"Fair enough." I said, I needed to get more out of her, I needed her to trust me a little. "However, that's just how everyone deals with things down here, isn't it? I'm sure just those things don't even begin to suffice"
"You're not getting any more out of me, shitass, quit it." She responded.
I was beginning to get extremely angered by her.
"Listen, Chloe. I have something you might want." I finally cracked. "Someone you might want to see"
Chloe laughed "Let me guess, you know my brother. Newsflash, I don't want to see him. I hate him."
"Really? Interesting.. well then I suppose you wouldn't care where he is, then?"
She hesitated, then sighed. "Fine, I want to at least know where he is. But I'm not gonna make a deal with you to get that information."
I smiled wider. "No deal required my dear! I just want you to meet someone who I think might help you, mentally."
"You calling me crazy?" She questioned, leaning against the building behind her with crossed arms.
"Nonsense! I just think you and her might get along!" I responded.
"Fine. I'll meet her." She sighed.
"Wonderful! I'll tell you all about where your brother is on the way there!"
My plan was in motion.
I would introduce her to Rosie, who she'd most likely make friends with. Through Rosie, she'd learn to trust me. After that, I tell Y/N about his sister.. Therefore "sweetening the deal." Y/N makes the deal, I get his soul, and the rest will all fall into place.
As we approached the building, the sign on the front became visible
"Rosie's Emporium" words I was familiar with.
Me and Chloe entered through the doors and stood idle while Rosie finished up with her client.
When she did, she turned to us, noticing me.
"Alastor! Hello!" She said, quickly walking over to us and inevitably noticing Chloe.
"Who's this lovely little lady?" She said, holding out her hand to Chloe.
Skeptical, Chloe shook it.
I spoke. "Rosie, this is Chloe. I found her sitting on the street earlier and thought she'd enjoy your company!"
"Chloe, what a wonderful name!" Rosie said. Chloe smiled slightly.
"Chloe has gone through some.. things recently, and I figured you'd be the perfect person to help her."
"Oh my! What is troubling you? Tell me everything you'd be comfortable with sharing" Rosie smiled warmly.
Chloe and Rosie sat down and talked for a while. Afterwards, I pulled Rosie aside while Chloe waited outside the door.
"Yes, Alastor?" Rosie said.
"I am planning something, this is all apart of it." I said casually.
"Alastor, clever you!" She spoke.
"Thank you my dear. What I am planning has to do with a deal I'm attempting to make, of course. Chloe is the sister of Y/N L/N."
"The boy who lost his family in the extermination?" She questioned.
"Precisely, I am trying to make a deal with him, and I'm using Chloe here, to enhance the benefits of said deal." I spoke.
"I see, and you introduced her to me to help her trust you so she'll go and see Y/N once the deal is made?"
"Exactly." I smiled.
"Well then, very elaborate, I see. You should get going then, shouldn't ya?" She chuckled.
"Yes. Thank you for your wonderful company and participation darling!" I said, beginning to walk to the door.
"It's no hassle at all Alastor, come back again soon!" She hollered after me as I left the building.
I returned to Chloe outside, who looked a bit more at ease.
"What do you think of Rosie my dear?" I questioned her.
"She's cool." Chloe said blankly. "We both got what we wanted, so can I leave now?"
"Of course. However, I'm usually around here if you ever want to find me." I said.
She began to walk off "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
I chuckled to myself as I walked away, everything was going well now.
All I needed to do was continue my plan correctly.
