Help! She Screamed, HELP!

**ARIA'S POV**

I stayed in my room for days. Doctors brought me meals and books and that's all I needed.

I couldn't face Finnick. 

I couldn't face my own emotions.

Who was the girl he had been kissing? 

Why was he kissing her if he told me he loved me? I knew the answer to that. He lied to me. He was only using me to help him survive the games. Well he won.

Katniss and her little sister Prim would come to check on me every few days.

On Friday, Coin came into my room. "Do you have a decision Miss Triank?"

I'd completely forgotten about her request. 

Finnick told me not to. 

Screw Finnick.

"I'm in."

She smiled, "Good. Head to the loading dock, Beetee will have your uniform and supplies. We've got a mission in an hour."

She left.

I cleaned myself up and headed to the loading dock. 

Sure enough, Beetee had what I needed. 

I changed into my uniform and got a gun. 

We boarded the hovercraft, were told the plan and rules, and then took off.

I didn't think twice about Finnick.

We eventually landed in the mission zone and unloaded.

Bombs were apparently going to be dropped soon so we had to film Katniss as soon as possible.

We started filming the the bombs dropped sooner than we expected.

One landed far away, shaking the ground. Another landed close by me. It knocked me to the ground, and my head hit a sharp rock. I felt blood oozing out, and started fazing in and out of consciousness.

There were screams of terror around us, blood was splattering everywhere. 

Even Katniss seemed scared.

I watched as another bomb fell and a huge piece of cement was launched into the air.

I lunged at Katniss, pushing her out of the way, "Katniss!" I screamed.

The cement landed on me and I heard loud cracks.

There were more screams and Katniss ran up to me.

"Aria! We- We're going to get you out of this!" She grabbed my arm and started pulling but I didn't budge.

I could feel my life fading.

I never imagined I'd die like this. I always imagined it happening in the arena at the hands of another tribute. 

My vision got splotchy and I grabbed Katniss's hand, "Tell Finnick- tell him I loved him."

"No." Tears gathered in her eyes, "No you're going to make it out alive. We'll... We'll save you." She looked around frantically, "Help!" She screamed, "HELP!"

The others came bolting over, seeing my state and gasping.

More arms grabbed me and attempted to pull me out of the rubble but it was no use.

My vision started to fade and I smiled weakly at Katniss.

"Win Katniss. For me." 

Then it all went dark.
