The Four Clans // Silentsea's Secret

Chapter IV

Daisystar led her group down the rock pile. Silentpaw and Stormpaw shook themself the water out of the fur and looked around. "Wow...so many cats" Stormpaw gasped. She watched as their clanmates made their way to greet other warriors and silentpaw motioned stormpaw to follow. As they walked, the Greybrown she cat didnt look where she was going and Bumped into another cat.

"Hey watch where you going Toad-brain!" The cat hissed and it stumbled back.
"Hey dont talk to her like that Furball!" Stormpaw hissed at the cat. Silentpaw shook her head and pushed Stormpaw away then she went to face the cat she accidently bumped into.
"Im sorry i wasnt looking. This is my first Gathering." The Other cat turned to face her and froze, just staring at her. "uh hello?" Silentpaw took a step closer and the other cat jumped back. "Whatever." Then it left. "Weird cat" silentpaw muttered

With a loud call, the Leader of All Clans opened the Gathering. "Cats of All Clans. Lets the Gathering begin" Robinstars voice echoed over the Hollow as him and the other three leaders took their places on the tall rock. As soon as ever cat sattled down Daisystar raised her voice. "I have an announcement. We have two new apprentice and one new warrior. Silentpaw and Stormpaw with their mentors Iceflower and Ferretpelt. And our new Warrior Sparrowleap." She looked proud.

Congrats were meowed from the other clans. Silentpaw looked down at her paws. Proud but embaressed. Stormpaw on the other hand had her head up proudly enjoying the Congrats from the other clans. Daisystar continued, telling how well the Hunt goes and the training of the apprentices. When she was finished she sat back down and Stormstar stood up.

"We also have a new apprentice. His name is Cinderpaw. and i Decided to personaly train him. hes a Brave young tom and will surely become a great and powerfull warrior under my Guidance." The dark brown tom with white chestfur looked down at a young Redish-brown tom. He had his head up and pride glimmered in his eyes. "Hunting goes well, thought we had a badger in our territory but Sharpglow and Nightsong drove him away." After him Robinstar and Shiningstar announced what happened in their clans.

After all had finished the cats went back into the groups they came with. Silentpaw walked next to her Mentor Iceflower while her sister chattered with lynxpaw.
As they passed back into their territory the moon was slowly going down and as they reached the den the sun was slowly rising over the Ocean waves.
"Go rest up. i will let Smokepelt know that he wont send you out. rest till sunhigh." Daisystar meowed and then left her warriors to look for smokepelt. Stormpaw could barely keep her eyes open and so did Silentpaw.
"Go to sleep. we will train at sunhigh." Ferretpelt waved with her tail towards the Apprentice den.

"Alright. we will see you at Sunhigh." Silentpaw meowed and went with her sister to their Mossbeds. Right before Silentpaw was about to fall asleep a paw Nudged her. She turned her head and saw the white paw of Lightpaw. "Huh? yea lightpaw what is it.?" The feline asked with a sleepy meow. Lightpaw was twitching with one ear as if she wanted to ask something. "oh you want to know how the Gathering went?" Lightpaw nodded eagerly. "a Toadbrain and i bumped into each other" she hissed. "and then all leaders announced whats new. oh and Sparrowleap, stormpaw and I got mentioned." She purred as she said the last part. Lightpaws tail slapped from one side to the other. "What? oh. no the cat was from Mythclan i think. and why would you even ask that!" Lightpaw just had a smug smile on her face. "Whatever lightpaw. im going to bed. and you should get to your mentor." Silentpaw rolled up, pushing her nose under her tail and begang to doze off into a deep slumber.

At sunhigh anyother paw hit into her side. She opened her eyes and Hissed. "Who dares!" The lightbrown she-cat quickly pulled her paw away. "Oh its you lightpaw. Sorry" She got up and licked over her friends ear. "Why did you wake me?" Lightpaw gestured to the entrance with her tail. "Oh is Iceflower waiting?" Lightpaw nodded. "Alright thank you. ill be leaving now." The brown tabby gave her sister a slap with her tail to wake her before leaving.

Outside the Den iceflower and ferretpelt were already waiting. "Hello Iceflower, hello ferretpelt. Stormpaw will be out shortly." She greeted her mentor and sat down. "Good. we four will be going on patrol at the Mythclan Border." Ferretpelts voice was soft as always as she explained. Shortly after she finished, Stormpaw stepped into the clearing. "Alright Apprentices lets get moving." iceflower turned her back and started walking to the entrance. Ferretpelt shook her head. "Looks like someone woke up on the wrong paw" she chuckled and followed with Stormpaw and silentpaw close behind.

They walked out of the camp and passed the Sunny rocks right infront of the pine forest. As soon as they went in a cold shiver went down silentpaws back. it was cold in the shadows. they walked passed the grass field, entering the Pine forest. Soon they reached the Mythclan Border and walked alongside it till it was almost sundown.
Ferretpelt stopped "We should hunt for a bit then return to the camp." She decided and Iceflower nodded. "Alright but dont go to close to the shipwreck ok?" The two Young cats nodded and the four split up.

Silentpaw walked around a few trees till she spotted a Robin. She crouched down on all fours and crawled foreward. She leaped foreward and knocked it out of the air. she killed it with one quick bite and picked it up.
"Great catch for a Fishface." Silentpaws ear perked up and she turned to face whoever insulted her. Her eyes widened. It was a young Redishbrown tom.
