Tears slid down Siya's face as she recklessly drived towards the Chauhan's palace. Her heart breaking to pieces, it was as if it had ripped itself out of her chest.
"Siya..., They were the royal gaurds. They could be Rana Sa's gaurds, Siyu...,"
A sneer lifted on her lips, To think she had started feeling something for such a man...
She felt ashamed to even admit that she had started liking him. Her eyes shedding tears that she couldn't command her body to stop. She wiped they away harshly, as she almost crashed through the gates of mansion when the watchman opened it.
She stormed into the dining room. Yuvaraj who had only just sat down to eat, looking up at the commotion.
His eyes falling on Siya, and suddenly sharpened as they took in her state. "Siya...,kya hu--" A sharp sound of slap echoed throughout the mansion.
A gasp leaving Parvati, as everybody settled into silence. Yuvaraj looked up, his eyes taking in her form. Messy hair and swollen eyes. He asked again, "Little dove..?" Another sharp slap, Siya grabbed him by his collar pulling him down.
Her hands raised again, pulling back to deliver a punch. This time though, his hands stopped her hand. Her breath hitched, as his hands fell on her fist, he slowly unfurled her fingers, and freeing her thumb.
He closed her fist again, whispering, "You'd break your hand if you hit with your thumb in the fist, Little dove." A sob left her lips, which left him frozen.
Why did he have to act so sweet with her, after hurting her brothers?
"Yuvaraj Singh Chauhan, You are shameless!" She yelled, crying as she freed herself from him hold.
Raani Sa Paravati who couldn't handle such disrespect of her son, yelled, "Insolent! Tum jaise chhote Ghar ki ladki ki himmat kaise Hui mere Yuvi pe haath uthane ki?!"
Avyaan holded his mother back, but even his eyes looked over at Siya surprised. Yuvaraj looked at his family, before his eyes slid back to Siya, her bloodied clothes and they furrowed, he stepped forward "Are you hurt, Siya?"
Siya stared at him for a second, before laughing out loudly, "oh!" Her voice mocking, as she wiped her tears, she sneered, "Indeed I am very hurt, Rana Sa Yuvaraj Singh Chauhan!"
Even though confused, Yuvaraj let her speak quietly. His mind racing with various possibilities, a rage lifting in his own heart, who harmed her?
Siya..., they were there because you did not agree for this marriage. Siyu, please don't marry that man, he won't keep you happy.
Siya screamed, "You hurt my brothers for a fucking engagement, yes I am hurt, Rana Sa!" Yuvaraj's eyes furrowed at the comment before sharpening and shot towards his mother, who had grown quiet.
A silence decending, as his eyes met hers which refused to looked at him. Maa Sa, what did you do?...
"Bhabhi sa, bhai sa ne Aisa kuch nahi--" Yuvraaj lifted his hand, stopping Avyaan and Sidharth from speaking.
He looked at Siya and took in her condition, his heart being ripped into shreds, but he stayed quiet. He took the blame.
He didn't deny, Siya realised. Her whole heart breaking, she spoke broken, "I-it was you. Wasn't it?"
His eyes moved, he spoke, "Siya--"' She cried, pushing him away. "It was you!"
She sobbed, hitting him continuously with her small fist, "My brothers were left bloody and half dead at my doorstep, Rana Sa!"
Yuvaraj's eyes squinted, he tried holding her but she swatted his hand away. "Ab khush hai aap?!" Angry tears whipped out of her, as she pulled him down by his collar. "Mujhe dard deke, mere bhaiyo ko is halat Mai dekh ke, kya ab khush hai aap?!"
"Siya, nahi--"
She cut her off, glaring at him, "Aap kya?! Aap kya Rana Sa?!" Her whole body quivered, she spoke brokenly, "Nahi karni thi yeh shaadi mujhe! Sirf mere parivar ke liye haan bola tha!"
Her tears pierced him, as if a thousand needles stabbing him. His eyes downcast, he let her humiliate him. "Tinka tinka jod ke, Sikh Rahi thi aap pe bharosa karna, Rana Sa." Her voice shook, as she spoke, bitterly. "Pyar toh chhode Rana Sa, aapne toh Mera bharosa hi tukdo mai bikhair Diya!"
He licked his lips, whispering, "Siya, Shaant hojaye...," she raised a hand stopping her, shaking her head. She spoke, in a shattered voice, "Kaise shaant hojau, Rana Sa?"
She looked at him, with such hatred, "Kaise Shaant hojau mai jab maine mere bhai, meri Jaan ko apne hi khoon mai lipta zameen par paya hai?!"
"Sirf ek engagement ke liye?" Her voice broke, as she spoke, her eyes bearing barely concealed hostility, "They were bleeding, unconcious!"
"Beaten till they had lost consciousness and swimming in their blood! Your men did this to them, Rana Yuvaraj Singh Chauhan!" She screamed, "What love is yours that it harmed my loved ones because I couldn't accept it?!"
"They bled over me, Rana Sa. So much blood, my family shattered over their condition! My world was crushed for this love!" She shook him, as he silently took every inch of her wrath. "Did that make you happy?! Did hurting them satisfy you?"
"What more do you wish from me? My life? Take it, if it would save my family!"
Yuvaraaj looked away, not able to bear the pain in her eyes, hating himself to not be capable enough to wipe her pain away. He licked his lips, before speaking up. "Hume..., hume muaaf karde, Siya. Hume aapko dard nahi pauhachana tha, Meri Jaan."
Siya laughed in a mocking manner, "Konsa dard Rana Sa?" She took a step forward, meeting his gaze conveying her anger through her gaze, "Woh..., Jo aapne meri family Todd ke pohochaya?" Her eyes glittering dangerously, she took another step forward. "Ya fir woh dard, Jo aapne mujhe characterless prove karke pohochaya?"
His eyes flashed with hurt, he spoke, "Siya-" she cut him off again, taking another step forward, "Ya fir woh dard Jo aapne mujhe shaadi ke liye force karke pohochaya?" Mockingly staring, she sneered, "or was it the one you caused after ruining our family's respect, our reputation?"
"Konsa dard Rana sa? Aapne toh sirf dard hi pohochaya hai mujhe, toh konse waale ki muaafi chahte hai aap mujhse?!" Yuvaraaj squinted his eyes, not meeting her gaze.
Truly what else did he cause her, except pain?
Just when she had started trusting him, he took her heart and ripped it to shreds, destroying any form of respect she could ever have for him.
Siya wiped her eyes, speaking hoarsely, "Shaadi karni hai na aapko mujhse? Jiske liye itna tamasha karrahe the aap?" Yuvaraaj couldn't say a word to comfort her, when his heart wished for nothing else.
She looked at him with fire in her eyes.
"Haan taiyaar hu mai shaadi ke liye. Bas meri family ko baksh de, Please."
