Abhi's POV
"Sir I think kaaya is possessed." aanya said in a breath, with her eyes closed.
"What!!!!" a scream left my mouth.
"Yes." aanya said in a slow voice.
"Aadhi raat ko kaha se bhaang chadhake aae ho?! Tum dono ne ganja fukna to nahi chalu kar diya na?!" I said.
(Are you guys high at this time or did you guys started smoking weed?!)
They are either high or they're joking. The first isn't possible so it's obviously the latter.
"Sir do you think we're joking?" rivansh asked.
"Obviously you are. There is nothing like getting possessed or whatever. And what made you think to pull a joke like this on me?" I asked, my temper rising with each second.
"Sir why would we joke?! We are serious right now. I have proofs too." aanya said getting impatient.
"Proofs that AI made?!" I said being done.
"No sir! Why aren't you understanding, these are real proofs." rivansh said whining.
"Show me then which things made you think kaaya is possessed." I said.
"Let me tell you sir." rivansh said and continued, "We all know how much kaaya is scared of darkness, but last night, before you guys came the door of the girls room was jammed." he continued to tell the whole story.
To be honest, the story gave me a little weird feeling in my stomach.
"This can't convince me. What's the other proof?" I said.
"When we were planting in the garden, she was constantly talking about gardening, but in reality she doesn't even know which soil is needed in which plant. She was speaking like she's been a gardener for like years. And there was a different enthusiasm in her voice." aanya said.
"Are you seriously kidding me! You can't call such a simple thing a proof. Maybe before planting, she watched YouTube to know more about planting." I said.
"Sir I was with her the whole time, she didn't watch any video!!" aanya whined.
"Say something like that again and I'm on my way to my room." I said, hearing enough of their nonsense.
"Her wounds & scratches are getting worse." rivansh said.
"Come'on, at least say something which can convince me. I know this is one of your stupid pranks and I'm not falling for that." I said.
"The last thing I have, is not a theory but a real tangible proof, a reality." aanya said with utter confidence.
"Stop with your petty talks and show me what it is." I said.
They exchanged a glance and aanya took out her phone. She started a video and gave her phone to me.
"Take a look sir." she said, handing me her phone.
It was a 20 second video of kaaya in the garden this morning, probably taken by dhyey for his YouTube channel. I watched it carefully but didn't notice anything.
"What? It's just a normal video." I said.
"Let me show you something." she said taking her phone back.
"In the first 14 seconds, you can see her eye colour clearly. It is dusk brown. But when parthiv asked something about planting....notice her eyes." aanya said, her phone facing me.
