Ace: Welp, I didn't think we'd ever leave Earth, but we did. At least I and Aurora did. Ranger stayed behind on Earth. Aurora, now known as Julia Moore, my wife and mother of my baby girl, Chloe, was now working as a mechanic at an auto shop in Kanzen City and received the rank of first lieutenant a few months after saving the world. Me? I had just been promoted to major, and I felt good. I was leading an IT Security Team on Mars, which consisted of the best cyber-security experts, and unfortunately robots, as well. We had a few Bud Light beers, but only enough to stay sober, as our daughter was with us. I then looked at my love, couldn't help but look at her. Then we kissed.

"Ever miss Earth?" I asked her.

"Not much, now that I have a family with you." Aurora said. "I'm surprised she turned two, and we've been on Mars a whole year now."

"If I'm being honest, I think with the progress made so far on this planet, I'd love to see how it'll continue for the foreseeable future." I had to add to that.

"I must commend you for being able to start a wildlife preserve on this planet. I'm shocked to see how many trees and animals live on Mars now." Aurora chimed. "You never know, one day, we may get rid of immigration problems on Earth."

"I'm glad our bodies didn't age forty-two years in hibernation." I said. "And our Chloe didn't have to worry about that."

"It's all in the past!" said Aurora. "Let's enjoy today!"

"Of course!" I said. "Hey, I had an idea! Before we even think to leave the Space Force, let's make sure we got no radioactive asteroids out there. Hopefully, nothing shall bother us this time."

"Or mutants!" exclaimed Aurora.

We both laughed as we finished our beers.
