As she dressed for their long drive together, Meerab wore baggy pants and a T-shirt. She is eager to go since she has always wanted to sit on an empty street and walk around without restriction, but her parents have always told her that she will not be safe. She does not know how long they will be exploring, but if he lets her, she wants to stay for at least two hours. These limitations always bothered her because she did not think those myths were true. She had always desired to be a free soul with no restrictions.

She sat on the bed, her gaze drawn to him as he was getting ready in front of the mirror. One thing she has noticed is that he takes his time combing his hair and checking himself out several times. When Murtasim saw that she was staring at him, she turned back to face the bed because she did not want to feel anything for him. She cherishes this bed more than her own, even though it is not as comfy because Murtasim informed her that it was her father's first gift to his mother. Meerab felt that fact too romantic and values everything in his house. The cordial efforts of his neighbors to engage with her added to her sense of comfort in this environment.

This house furniture is not that comfortable as compared to her's but every single thing has their own value. Every day, she observes how tidy Murtasim keeps everything and makes petty attempts to make her laugh. She sometimes feels unworthy of him, so she is not sure how to respond to him. When Murtasim turned to face her, she tightly clutched the bed sheet, and he approached her slowly as he saw that she was staring down. Upon sensing Murtasim in front of her, she became anxious and her heart began to pound loudly

"Are you comfortable riding a bike?", he asked, making her realize that the long drive would be by bike rather than car. How can she forget that he does not have a car? Indeed, she does have one, but Murtasim never used it since he used to leave for work before her, leaving her with no opportunity to help him. Looking at him, she could not help but notice the innocence in his face and the hope in his eyes. She has never ridden a bike before, so she wants to try it, but she is also nervous because it will be her first time sitting behind a man. Even though he is her husband, she struggles to say yes.

Gazing at the light blue wall, she began to consider his question as she surveyed the room that she passes by every day. She can offer her car as well, but she would prefer to be allowed to walk around freely for once. She had never been as lost as she is now after the wedding. She regrets yelling at him due to his quiet nature, which makes this wedding and relationship new and a little challenging for her. She realizes her mistakes when he simply leaves the room and behaves normally. She finds it exciting to watch her friends go on bike rides, but she is unsure of how to handle Murtasim. She used to say yes without giving it a second thought since the man she was seeing was her true love, but Murtasim is different, and her circumstances are different with him.

"Aaj he Jana hai madam", he murmured, and she turned to face him as he sat two arms' length away from her. He never attempted to cross the boundary she set for them, and getting her permission was always his top priority, so this distance has mostly remained constant. She noticed him fidgeting with his fingers. He might be fidgeting because he is anxious or waiting for her to respond. Within a few seconds, Murtasim turned to face her, and Meerab was unable to take her eyes off of him as she felt herself freeze. At that moment, when their eyes locked, she felt her lips tremble and tried to respond, but she was unable to. She has never seen a man with eyes as beautiful as his; he truly has the most beautiful eyes. His eyes are a gift from God; they can express feelings without words, and she could tell that they were asking her to say yes.

"Okay, let us head out", She said in a hushed voice to which Murtasim smiled and walked outside with Meerab behind him. As soon as they were outside, Meerab took a deep, calming breath because she was feeling overheated inside. With fear, not knowing if she would be able to balance herself, she approached his bike and touched the seat. She was used to riding in the car, so they never felt the need to purchase a bike. Now that she is planning to ride one, she is both anxious and excited.
