After checking out of the motel, you and Dean drove back to the bunker separately. You were both feeling this protective pull towards the thing brewing inside you and it showed in little ways.
Driving, for example, Dean stayed right behind you, letting you lead the way back, but never letting even one car get between the two of you. Without voicing it, he wanted you to stop whenever you needed to, and he wanted to be able to see you driving. He was always afraid your jeep would break down or start smoking because you never let him look at it.
You were oddly anal when it came to your ride, not having professional mechanics mess with it or anything, only you could fix or alter it. He was surprised when he first noticed this mainly because you were completely fine with getting it splattered with blood on a hunt or lugging bodies in it that you had to burn. You treated it like an on-fire garbage can, but it was your garbage can.
It's been with you forever and it was the only constant in your life for a long time.
Pulling into the bunker's garage, he hurried out of the impala to open the door for you.
"Dean, you're being ridiculous."
"I only trust my baby to drive my babies safely." He shrugged, smiling to himself.
"Why do I get the feeling you've been waiting to say that." You smirked, wrapping your arm around his waist as his went around your shoulders, and you both walked inside.
"Because I have." He told you proudly with the biggest smile on his face and you laughed.
"Where have you guys been?!" Sam and his panic stricken face came into view as soon as the two of you stepped into the main part of the bunker.
"Whoa, Sammy," Dean laughed, "What's got your goat?"
"I bet it's Cas," You shook your head, faking disgust, "And not even Chuck knows what he's doing to that thing."
"What?" Sam scrunched his eyebrows at you and cringed, "No."
"Then what is it, Sammy!" Dean patted Sam's shoulder and he flinched, "What's up with you?"
"Really?" He sighed, exasperated, "Y/n took off, pissed and possibly not coming back, and then you bolted, I'm assuming after her, without a single word."
"Well, we're back!" You cheered and then regretted it when he gave you his bitch face.
"Then about six hours ago," Sam continued, "You text me, 'Gather the troops'."
"Was I not clear?" You asked, looking around him, because let's face it, it's not like you could look over his shoulder.
"Sammy, we've got news." Dean grinned at his brother and Sam looked at him like he'd gone insane.
"The troops!" You suddenly yelled, walking away from them and into the library where Jack and Cas were coming into from the other side.
"You're back." Cas smiled, clearly relieved.
"Are you okay?" Jack asked and you nodded happily, "You seem different."
"Yeah, you're practically glowing." Cas noted and you closed your eyes, looking away slightly with a smile, and a scrunch of your nose.
"Wait-" You heard Sam say and you turned around to look at him, "Are you-" He cut himself off, turning to his side to glance at Dean, "Are you guys...?"
"Depends what you're asking." You smiled and saw Dean looking at his brother with the most excited face you've ever seen, which made you laugh.
"She's pregnant!" Dean blurted, not being able to hold it in anymore.
"That's amazing!" Jack cheered, coming over to you and putting his arms out as if asking permission to hug you, and you grabbed him in one.
"Congratulations!" Cas offered with a genuine grin.
"You're not kidding?" Sam looked from you and back to his brother who shook his head.
"I saved the test." Dean admitted and you sent him a look of disgust.
"I peed on that thing!"
"I needed something to remember this moment." He shrugged; no shame detected.
"You're officially the cheesiest," You teased, and he rolled his eyes, "And I'm officially super hungry."
"Cravings?" Sam asked with a hopeful smile.
"No, just can't live off of beef jerky and skittles." You smirked, heading to the kitchen.
"Let me make you something!" Dean called, following you down the hallway.
"Yeah, we can help!" Jack called too as all of them appeared in the kitchen behind you.
"Guys, guys!" You laughed, waving your hands, "I'm fully capable of – ah, who am I kidding? Sam make us all some pancakes and bacon."
"Oh, hell yeah!" Dean cheered, sitting at the table and patting his leg for you to sit on it.
You skipped over, patting Sam's shoulder in thanks, and sat on Dean's lap, leaning back against his chest.
"I'm topping it with fruit," Sam warned you and you furrowed your eyebrows before he added, "Gotta keep this baby healthy."
"That's very important." Cas nodded, sitting across from you.
"Have you thought of any names?" Jack asked, sitting next to Cas.
"I have." You admitted with a small blush.
"You have?" Dean raised his eyebrows, taking his chin off your shoulder to look at you.
"When you're alone in a car driving for hours, these things do pop into your head." You told him with a shrug.
"Care to share?" Sam laughed, pouring the batter onto the pan.
"If it's a girl, I thought Jody," They nodded approvingly, "And for a boy, maybe Jack?"
"Really?" Jack asked, looking at you with wide eyes, full grin on display and Dean kissed your shoulder lovingly.
"Those are great names." Cas smiled at the two of you.
"Just a couple of ideas," You shrugged, "There's always Bobby and Rufus, maybe even Kenny. Lots of options for boy names."
"I like your choices." Dean whispered into your hair and you felt a shiver run down your back.
"Plus, with Garth naming his after me and Cas," Sam smirked, "I won't take offense."
"That's why I didn't say you guys." You laughed and he smiled brightly, bringing over the plates.
"I can't believe you'd consider my name." Jack sighed, smile never leaving his face as he looked down at his food, and your heart melted.
"Little JJ." Dean smiled, "I think it's perfect."
"Would be JJ either way." You smiled back at him and he kissed you.
Dean kept an arm around you while you both ate and about halfway through your food, he had finished off his, he started kissing your shoulder and where it connected to your neck, leading up to behind your ear.
"Could you um," Sam cleared his throat, avoiding your eye, "Could you guys maybe take that someplace else?"
"If you insist, Sammy!" Dean cheered with a chuckle, picking you up and carrying you bridal style out of the room.
"Dean!" You yelled, laughing, and the others shook their heads with amused smiles.
He laughed loudly all the way to the room, kicking the door shut behind him and you held tighter onto his neck until he laid you down softly on the bed.
"I can't believe you're having my baby," He breathed, with nothing but adoration in his eyes as he hovered over you and you ran your fingertips through his scruff, "What did I do to deserve this?"
"I was about to ask you the same thing."
