Chapter 5

As they s do to the restaurant, Emily couldn't contain her curiosity. "So, spill it! What happened with Ferran?"

Bella laughed, "Well, he saw me waiting and invited me for a coffee while we waited for you and Pedri. We just talked, and he asked for my number before he left."

Emily raised an eyebrow, "Just talked, huh? Sounds like more than that."

Bella blushed, "Okay, maybe we hit it off a bit. But what about you? What took you so long?"

Emily sighed, "Pedri. He was teasing me about getting the job to be close to him. Can you believe that?"

Bella shook her head, "Unbelievable. Did you say anything back?"

Emily smirked, "I might have mentioned him stalking my fan page."

Bella burst out laughing, "Good for you! That should keep him on his toes."

As Pedri and Ferran walked to the car, Ferran couldn't help but probe. "So, what were you two talking about for so long?"

Pedri sighed, "I told her she got the job to be close to me."

Ferran raised an eyebrow, "You actually said that?"

Pedri nodded, "Yeah, and she fired back saying I'm the one who stalked her fan page. Can you believe that?"

Ferran laughed, "Well, you did actually "

Pedri rolled his eyes, "I was just curious, okay? But she's got this idea that I'm obsessed with her."

Ferran smirked, "Sounds like you're both obsessed with each other."

Pedri groaned, "No, she's just so annoying."

Ferran laughed, "Sure, sure. You keep telling yourself that."
Pedri glared at him, "Seriously, she's impossible."

Emily and Bella arrived at the restaurant and went inside. They were just about to place their order when Bella's eyes widened. "Oh my god, look who's here."

Emily turned to see Ferran and Pedri standing at the entrance. She groaned, "Bella, stop. I don't want to see him."

Bella rolled her eyes, "Oh, stop it. Let's just have fun."

Ferran spotted Bella and waved, starting to walk over. Pedri, confused, muttered, "What the hell?" as they approached the table.

Ferran reached their table with a cheerful smile. "Hi, girls!"

Bella smiled back, "Hi, Ferran!"

Ferran gestured to Pedri, "Bella, this is Pedri. Pedri, meet Bella."

Pedri nodded, "Nice to meet you, Bella."

Bella smiled, "Nice to meet you too, Pedri." Emily sat quietly, trying to avoid Pedri's gaze.
