Chapter 9

Emily smirked, "Good."

Pedri raised an eyebrow, "So what do you want me to do?"

She shook her head, "I'm not gonna tell you now."

Pedri, curious, continued, "I heard Ferran is taking Bella on a date, so how about we spend time together?"

Emily considered for a moment, then nodded, "Why not? Fine, but you can come to my house. I'll send you the location later."

Pedri smiled, "Alright."

Pedri glanced at his watch. "I have to go now. See you later."

Emily nodded, "Bye, Pedri."

Emily arrived home to find Bella in a frenzy. "OMG, finally girl, please help! I'm struggling here and the date is in two hours!"

Emily laughed, "Relax, everything is under control. Let's first get your hair done, then choose a dress, and finish with your makeup."

Emily and Bella hurried to the bathroom. Emily started working on Bella's hair, skillfully curling and styling it into loose waves. Bella sat patiently, occasionally glancing at the clock.

"Almost done with your hair," Emily said, applying the final touches. "Now, let's pick a dress."

They moved to Bella's closet, where Emily helped Bella sift through her dresses. After a few minutes of deliberation, they settled on a classic, elegant black dress.

"This one is perfect," Emily said, holding the dress up to Bella.

"You're right, it's perfect," Bella agreed, taking the dress and heading to change.

Once Bella was dressed, Emily started on her makeup. She applied foundation, blush, eyeshadow, and finally, a soft pink lipstick.

"You're all set," Emily said, admiring her handiwork.

Bella looked at herself in the mirror and smiled. "Thank you so much, Emily. I feel amazing."

Emily smiled back, "You look amazing, Bella.

Bella's phone buzzed with a new message. She quickly checked it and her eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh, Farran just texted. He's going to be here in ten minutes!" Bella said, her voice a mix of excitement and nerves.

Emily smiled reassuringly, "You're ready, and you look stunning. He's going to be blown away."

Bella took a deep breath, "Thank you so much, Emily. I don't know what I'd do without you."

Emily laughed, "Just go and have fun. You deserve it."
